Won't recommend stencil up

I have not even received my order. Hermes are saying that they have delivered to neighbours, but I have not received any parcel and when I asked for refund the stencil up is not giving refund. I won't recommend this website to anyone else. Refusing to pay the refund back, if it is not our fault. Don't know how to claim the money back

I think it is important to include some key facts that you have omitted. Yes, the first parcel was lost and when alerted to the fact I sent a replacement and even included some extras for you. But AFTER I sent the replacement you informed me that you had moved house! Obviously you could not accept the parcel as you had moved, so the courier delivered to your neighbour and we have provided you with photographic and GPS evidence of this. You claim the neighbour did not receive the parcel (despite the photo of the package in their open doorway). I then told you it would need to be reported as theft. You have refused to register the theft with the police and refused to cooperate with me. Instead, you are demanding I refund without providing any evidence so that I can claim on the insurance that I purchased.

Lorraine at Stencil Up is a brilliant seller, very helpful and responsive. Stencils are absolutely fabulous and Lorraine is happy to offer advice on using new products or sizing for onlays. Stencil up is definitely my “go to” supplier.

Good quality stencil

Beautiful stencil

Beautiful stencil, arrived quickly to Germany and packaged really well. Easy to use (and I'm a novice) and to clean after use.

Will definitely buy more from Lorraine!

IKEA upgrade

I got these to fit inside IKEA besta doors. I spray painted them gold and removed the backing and they went on perfectly. It’s a great upgrade and looks seamless

Very good service

The wooden cut-out panel supplied was just what I wanted. It looks very well made. Customer service was good including checking my requirements prior to production and delivery well within the stated time scale.

Good quality product and efficient service

Ordered our first stencils for a cabinet which needed some extra 'pizzaz', and the ones we received certainly did that.

We received proofs prior to ordering, so it was clear what were supposed to receive. The quality was excellent, with just one very small crack, which was barely noticeable. Perhaps to be expected, given the complexity of the design. We ordered the 3mm thick stencil and even that felt a touch flimsy so I would be wary of getting the 1.5mm thick unless you're super careful. Not a criticism of the product, just a factor to consider when ordering.

Item arrived well packed and in a timely manner. Have only deducted 1 star as tried to get the 10% discount mentioned in the website, but it wouldn't work properly. Was told it couldn't be added once order placed.

Would definitely use the product and supplier again.
