Very happy with the service! Step Correct cleaned three pairs of baby shoes for me that I’ve been keeping in a memory box for many years (musty smell with early signs of mould) and they did a great job. They took great care to ensure the shoes didn’t get damaged in their already delicate state and they’re now fresh and protected from further deterioration.

I came to step correct with some grey timberland boots (that I thought were un saveable) but step correct managed to bring them back to life like they were brand new!
I heard step correct had a waiting list, However , the end result was so good I would definitely recommend the wait.
I was a little worried about dropping off and picking up my shoes due to covid , but both times it was socially distanced and very straight forward.
Step correct kept me posted throughout the process of re storing my boots and I was very grateful for this.
I would definitely recommend step correct to anyone who wants to bring their old shoes back to life!

Step correct did an amazing job on my prada runners which he fully customised into a 1 of 1 pair, the detail is perfect! And the turn around was good considering the waiting list!! 10 out of 10 work definitely recommend.
