I needed help with two specific items of jewellery which weren’t at all straightforward. I wasn’t sure what to do with a diamond & ruby eternity ring I really didn’t like & a solitaire diamond ring with a less than practical shape.
The advice I had couldn’t have been more helpful with a number of options suggested for both pieces. I decided on a solution for the ring whereby the rubies were to be replaced with diamonds & the diamond from the solitaire retained & matched with another to be made into diamonds stud earrings. The gold from the ring was scrapped & set against the cost of the work.

The work was done over a couple of weeks during which time I was contacted to up date me on the progress. I received the ring first which has been beautifully transformed into something I wear every day rather than almost never. Having sourced the second diamond & matched perfectly, I received the studs as before by secure overnight Royal Mail. The delivery having been previously arranged the studs were dispatched at a time which guaranteed I would be there to sign for them.
I am really delighted with both my ring & earrings. The fine quality of workmanship, customer focused interest, care & attention to smaller details such as the timing of their dispatch which helped to alleviate any possible concern are greater than I expected & well worth 5 stars.

I recently commissioned Stephen Foster Jewellery to make me a pair of diamond stud earrings. I asked them to source the princess cut diamonds on my behalf and then make the earrings for me. I told them how much I wanted to pay for the complete set and asked them to source the best quality diamonds within my budget. They kept me informed all the way through the process and sent me clear images of the diamonds prior to purchasing together with comparisons and diamond quality. I was absolutely delighted with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company both on their customer service and quality workmanship.

Marc was exceptionally helpful when it came to my engagement, wedding and eternity rings. He was great with communication and he understood what I was looking for. He was able to give me options and variety to make sure we found the perfect pieces.

She took the time to really understand what we wanted and made the process feel special rather than transactional.
