I'm sorry this review is late, but better late than never. I can honestly say that Step Legal and Victoria's Team kept me sane throughout the whole process of buying and selling. They were efficient, very helpful, very polite, nothing was too much trouble. They answered all of my emails promptly, they helped me navigate the bridging loan process, a process that was very stressful but didn't need to be. I cannot fault Step Legal's services at all, it had not gone unnoticed that all notifications whether they be confirmations or clarifications on issues various were dealt with pretty much immediately. House buying with Step Legal in Stoke
I recently used Step Legal in Stoke for my house purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Vicky was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process – knowledgeable, reassuring and always approachable. She really made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.
The whole team were brilliant, but I’d like to give a special mention to Isabelle, who was always on hand whenever I needed her. Every phone call was answered promptly, and emails were responded to quickly and clearly, which gave me real peace of mind.
