Absolute rubbish product and definitely not worth the money and not recommended to anyone. Disappointing

This company is amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers! Their product is so well made and very comfortable. My husband and I both work in a warehouse and they help our feet tremendously. We will definitely keep ordering from stepprs!!!

Items did not arrive. Customer service did not reply to my numerous emails requesting a refund. I did not get a refund. My credit card company are now involved in order to get my money back.
Wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering.

Received a pair for Christmas. Was finally able to test them out in late Feb. They are wonderful. Still have a little pain just from being on feet all day, but I am not getting the heel pain that usually comes from plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend this product. Paid over $55 for the DR. Scholl's custom fit orthotics from the measuring machine and they were no help.

I have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks. Im anxious to try but won't order again because they are shipped from China and it takes too long!

Whilst I see some have a good experience I wouldn’t know. My parcel never arrived. 4 emails, no reply, I commented on posts, they deleted them.
They are NOT Australian if you think you’re supporting local, comes straight from china. Was supposed to arrive in the week. 3 weeks later and nothing. They’re a scam so be careful

MY order was never delivered but your shitty tracking service says it was two weeks ago! This is the worst company to get any information from, their customer service SUCKS! I'd rather have feet amputated before I'd order anything from this shit show again. No offer of refund, no help what so ever! Stepprs is a complete scam!

Would love to be able to review the actual product but still waiting for them to arrive. Parcel arrived in Brisbane over a week ago but was then sent to Sydney even though I live 1 hour from BNE in the Tweed :(

Normally I NEVER comment on these.. but I will honest about these insoles. I suffer from severe plantar fasciitis and most days I can barely walk at the end of my shift. I have tried at least 100 insoles over the past few years and have found nothing that helped. Saw the ad for these on Facebook and figured what the hell.. one more trial wouldn't hurt. I received them in a timely manner. Wore them the first couple of days and didn't notice much of a difference. But after a week of wearing them I find myself walking with much less pain. I would recommend people to try these. Thank you Steppers...

Good quality insoles, keep there shape well also.

Great insoles that have massively reduced my planar fasciitis pain. I have been suffering for months.

I also made the mistake of ordering I sole that looks like Stepprs, but much cheaper. First issue with look alikes, I ordered UK13 but at best it was a 10 that arrived. Stepprs have provided insoles that fully fill the shoe size. And they actually reduce the pain, from the start, copies were no where near as good.
Get them from Steppers, they cost more but they fit the shoes exactly, and actually reduce the pain.

Ordered my insoles and waited, and waited. No confirmation that the order had been posted to me in the UK. Time passed! Numerous emails were sent asking for confirmation that the order was on its way albeit very late! I have now had an email which apologises for the inconvenience and says another shipment is on the way! Not impressed with this company's communication. As yet I still have no timeline for the delivery,

I now have a pair in every pair of shoes. I can walk for miles without worrying about pain. 100% recommend, and have done!
