Not received

I ordered two pairs of insoles in December. I never received them. USPS tracking showed that the shipment would not be delivered because of unpaid postage. Their own tracking from China showed that it was delivered, but their own web site says that they use USPS. I send several e-mails attaching the message from USPS to my e-mails as proof, asking for either a new delivery or my money back. A couple of e-mails were never answered, a couple were, with useless information. Last I heard my complaint had been forwarded to a team that would take care of it. I have
not heard anything since and have given up.

i am waiting till the end of my week…

i am waiting till the end of my week for my review, back story. I work for the railroad industry and i spend actual 8.5 to 10 hours a day of actual time time walking on the ballast next to the railroad tracks in my steel toed boots. Tuesday i walked 17129 steps or 8.7 miles, wednesday 18630 steps or 9.4 miles thursday 14682 steps 7.3 miles. and friday my day off walking around mall grocery store and whatnot 7321 or 4.9 miles. i can honestly say with no BS my feet don’t feel any better, thanks J. Missing pair of insoles,bad customer service,late delivery

Missing pair of insoles. Was told 4-6 business days and about a month later I only got 1 pair of insoles instead of the two I ordered.Customer service is too automated and can't get timely customer service. This brand is a joke compared to the quality, customer service,and delivery of cloud sole. I wanted to try something different and see if stepprs was better. Apparently it's not.

Please don't go by their shipping…

Please don't go by their shipping information. It took almost 1 month to receive my order (ordered 2/14). The order came from China which means it had to go through customs. It sat their for days, then the tracking information wasn't updated. I'll give a separate review on the products.

Avoid

Avoid. This company won't give refunds despite why they say.
I made a duplicate accidental purchase and tried to cancel immediately, they didn't cancel but they reassured me they would refund me on return. They didn't, they tried to haggle and then went silent. I am stuck with insoles the wrong size which were not cheap.

The size which did fit I found the instep support way too high and it makes my feet ache. Personally I wonder why such a high support is needed and also it takes the foot high up in the sports shoe which requires a strong tight lace to provide support and ensure you don't twist over, particularly in sports you change direction quickly eg racket sports.

Terrible product and customer service

These didn't offer the high arch support they promised, and they flattened within 4 weeks despite the promise of 12 months plus. When I arranged to get a refund they said they'd only offer 30%. When I said thats against their policy and it needs to be a full refund they just refused to reply. They replied again when I accepted the 30% refund, which then never came, and you guessed it, they stopped responding. Scam company.

Edit 20/4:
Instead of replying saying you'll investigate internally, why don't you contact me directly to arrange my refund? Scammers keep scamming.

As promised…

The insoles proved to be excellent have no complaint and have even ordered more. The only hick-up is it took too long to arrive. BUT it is a great product.

Received order today 11 business days from China

Received order today . 11 business days shipping not 4-6. Shipped from China not USA. Deceptively added Massage roller. I did not order this. It was deceptively added to my cart/order. I did not click on it. Tried to edit/cancel order with in 1 minute soon as I saw the charge. They didn’t respond till 2 days later, saying order was in process to late to change

I bought the pair of steppers

I bought the pair of steppers. They are useless i had few insoles which i got from amazon they are more comfy and also cheaper than steppers .

I must say I've had a very bad experience with them I paid for something and never got them email them and was told they couldn't find me on there system sent them screenshot of the order number and show them it came out of my bank and guess what they couldn't be bothered to email back after that save ur money it's one br con and a scam
