Excellent service. Delivery details clear. As always.

We have bought many pieces for furniture from Sterling over many years. So, why wouldn't we come back this time to order our next purchase.
We have order a new sofa and as we have come to expect we were treated with respect, helpfulness and kindness by all members of staff. We were given time to think about what is a big decision and sent off to think about it while having a cup of tea it your cafe.

Large couches arrived in poor condition.

Bought two large couches as a set last October. Despite issuing a complaint, sofa's inspected by an independent company organised by the manufacturer, we have had no satisfaction with resolving the issues. Sterling Furniture advised to refer to the Ombudsman.
We have ended up dissatisfied, sweeky couch with sagging sections and crushed arms.
So disappointing after spending a lot of money.
I will be buying furniture from other companies in future. Beware.

Had the mattress we were interested in on show for a good competitive price during their sale. Very helpful providing all of the information required at the time. Completed the purchase during one visit.

Great customer service

I have ordered and await my suite therefore my review is based on pre sales and customer service so far. I cannot praise Natalie enough, she was so patient with us. She helped us make decisions on sizes, made enquiries about additional cushions and pursuing this to ensure the information was correct. Great sales advisor.

A very nice shop and lots of beautiful products. We purchased a £400 table and were quoted £69 for delivery in Fife from your Fife depot which I thought was a bit expensive.
