Poor aftercare
Vinyl flooring was damaged during delivery, all in all the whole experience and aftercare was poor. Spoke a good game but nothing done at the end of the day, this is after we spent just under £5000 on furniture.

Flooring department amazing Staff
We were welcomed by Lauren at the flooring department who noticed we were cold, and had been rug shopping for a while. She offered us a lovely complimentary coffee, which went down a treat. Lewis was very observant and listened to what we were looking for, which goes a long way in customer care these days. Denise was really helpful too, and as customers we felt valued. We couldn't decide on which rug would look best in our lounge, and then in popped Peter who offered to bring the rug we really liked to our home to allow us to match it with our carpet and sofa. What a positive experience we had in Sterling London Rd today. We noygt the rug and we will certainly return. Thank you .
