Wouldn’t even give them one star
Wouldn’t even give them one star. I called the office the day after a property went up for rent as my brother lives next door to be told I was the first person who had contacted them I’ve this property. They took my details and advised they would call me back when their arranging viewings. Called up again the week after they took my details AGAIN an said someone would call me back when their having viewings. Called again the week later as I had still not heard anything to be told again there still not doing viewings! As my brother lives next door he told me the day after I had called them up, he had seen a number of people viewing the house. I called them up AGAIN to be told someone had already put an application in for this property and people had been to view it recently. I was the first person who enquires about it and didn’t get a phone call back? Also called another 3 times after this aswel. DO NOT TRUST this company they don’t have a clue what they are doing. The manager still has not replied to my emails and calls also
Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ive had the WORST experience of my life living in a Sterling owned property. Lifts are broken more than they work. NEVER has my windows cleaned and I've lived there 18 months. Dog wee and poo throughout the building. The sheer amount of disrespectful people there is just disgusting.
