This long established fabric shop in Dorchester has a wealth of interesting fabrics and sewing items . The staff are friendly and provide a professional support to any would be sewers or interior designers. Different to run of the mill suppliers. Very much recommend .

Their shop is like an Aladdin’s cave of wonderful fabrics to choose from. The staff are helpful and they can quickly organise measuring and quoting. The curtains and blind that I ordered were fitted with great care and I am well pleased with the end product. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve Bane Fabrics.

From our first visit to the store the service has been exceptional. The staff in the shop had fabulous knowledge and were extremely helpful giving advice and guidance on the blind we required. We were visited by Deklyn, for measurements and to obtain a quote, who again was friendly and professional.
On accepting the quote we were given an expected delivery date. The order was completed well within the suggested time and arrangements were made for the fitter to fit the blind. Every staff member was polite and efficient and it was thoroughly organised and easy to place the order. Congratulations to all the team, it was such a pleasure to receive exceptional service.
