Why have a phone number nobody answers?

Ordered a cushion 2 weeks ago. As I sent order I saw a very old address had been saved even though my card address details were correct. I tried ringing customer service - several times over several days (no reply) - and emailed! Money taken. Have just received an email saying delivery to wrong address is on its way!! Very unhappy with jolly content of emails I received that have completely ignored the situation!

I didn’t receive my full order and have…

I didn’t receive my full order and have emailed a lot to find out where it is with a response given a week later to tell me it had been delivered which part of it did but not all of it which I did explain in the email! I have phoned so many times just to be cut off!! Customer service is shocking!! My missing item has been paid for and was a Christmas present which it’s looking unlikely I will get!!

Customer Care Non-existent!!!

Bought 2xCalendars, they arrived faulty. Tried phoning but only an automated reply then cut off. Numerous emails received automated responses. Facebook messages either ignored or automated response. Even tried the shop number but it's non-existent One random email arrived offering replacements then nothing !!
Absolutely disgraceful taking money from people with no regard for customer care.
I intend to pursue them through the banking system.
Avoid like the plague.

I have received a print which is…damaged

I have received a print which is damaged have tried to call numerous times never get an answer. Have bombarded them with emails and never get a reply. As this is a Christmas present I would like my problem resolved but having no luck as yet. Would certainly not order from them in the future.

Still waiting for my order

Still waiting for my order, which is apparently with Amazon and has been for over a week!! Tried phoning Steven Brown contact number, no answer and it cuts you off. No response to emails.
Very poor company, will not be using again and would not recommend.
Will be attempting to get my money back via bank refund.

Just don't use. After care is poor

Well 2 weeks after a damaged item was delivered I'm about 90 calls done, daily emails with only 2 replies asking a question but then no follow up when you reply back within a few min. I still don't know if I'm getting a refund, replacement or what I've asked they call me 4 times and nothing. This is such a shocking service.

Several phone calls

Several phone calls, line cuts you off. You never get to speak with anyone. Several emails, one reply, to be told it was an issue with the courier however I still have not received my order. Several more emails and still nothing. Order placed 27th Oct.

Picture arrived damaged, failed to respond to my email and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Seems pretty shady to me, and looking at the last few reviews they cant be trusted.

Have been waiting for new cushion…poor products and customer service

Have been waiting for new cushion inners the cushions I got sent out are awful £90 for 2 large cushions that are so saggy and the covers are so thin and cheap looking not like the ones I bought a year ago have been in touch since the 25th of September they told me 2 weeks ago they where on there way I've written to them numerous times but they ignore there emails having spent a lot of money in the past I shall not be buying anything thing else very poor customer service

Terrible customer service and non delivery

Terrible customer service and failed to dispatch order. Order was placed on the 30th September and tracking number provided on the 1st October however tracking never updated from “We’re expecting it” meaning it was never handed to the delivery company. Contacted for the first time on 9th October and was advised my order would be “rushed out” but as of today 21st Oct tracking number hasn’t updated and I still haven’t received my order. They’re now not responding to messages so I’ve been forced to lodge a claim to get my money refunded for non delivery.
Appears to be a common problem based on other reviews, I will not be ordering from this company again and would encourage others to avoid.

Disappointed

Be aware that after enjoying these lovely prints for a couple of years, the colours fade and the once beautiful vibrant colours lose their lustre. Having made a complaint to the company I have been told they will do nothing as (silly me!) bought items before 2019… very disappointing when they’re 3x big A1 feature pieces!

Poor quality and customer service

Ordered a bag and purse on 24/7 costing £46.

Bag arrived and was poor quality and had a strap so long that if you held the bag dragged on the floor. The purse has never arrived despite apparently reaching Evri.

I returned the bag on 19th August after finally getting a returns label from the company.

Despite many emails and attempts to ring customer services where the phone just gets hung up! I have not received any satisfaction from the company and no refund!!

Very poor customer service!
