About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf trolley, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated UK-based Customer Care centre.
Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds in the South West of England, every Stewart Golf trolley is meticulously built by hand right here at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped to over 45 countries worldwide.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf trolley developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

Terrible experience
Ordered a trolley from them and never got it.
It was sent then returned half way and returned to them by Fed Ex. They blamed it on the courier and after discussion wouldn’t try another courier like DPD. When I asked to talk to someone in charge the reply was that they were not in. (Must be out on the course)
Do urselves a favour and order a powakaddy or motocaddy.
They advertise that their trolleys are the Rolls Royce of trolleys? They might be but there customer service would be ranked 0 out of 10

Great service received, trolley returned like new after it's service and had a new hand set. Cannot fault

Initially, this trolley seemed like a great piece of kit, but from the very first use, it’s been nothing but trouble. First, the control unit broke. Then the battery failed. Now the trolley itself has completely stopped working.
Even worse is trying to get help from Stewart. Their customer service is incredibly frustrating—almost impossible to get hold of, and when you do, replies take weeks. It’s been a very disappointing experience all around.
I would strongly recommend choosing a Motocaddy or Powakaddy through a local retailer instead. Save yourself the hassle—stay away from this company.

I want to say I love my Q Follow but sadly I just can’t do it. When it works it’s great, but over the four years I’ve owned it my trolley has broken down so many times it can practically find its own way back to the factory (except it would probably break down half way there). Not for nothing are there so many references to customer service in the reviews below - although as I’ve now been without a working trolley for over a month despite paying £169 for the premier service package not to fix the latest problem I can’t even recommend that any more. I’d strongly recommend that anyone who’s considering a purchase girds their loins for ongoing disappointment, frustration and financial outlay. For me, the Q Follow has been as far away from the promised experience as it’s possible to imagine.

Sent my trolley for the Premium Service. This took quite sometime, almost a week to get the box dispatched. Upon return there didn't appear to be a full valet and the trolley had started veering to the right, despite receiving the video.

Take note of the poor reviews, they are for real, buy Powercaddy or Motorcaddy from your local pro shop, these lot are terrible at replying, the trolley I've got is naff. After 42 days of ownership I've had 2 failures on 13th and 14th hole (27 hole battery apparently) and 1 non start in the car park, had to hire trolley so more cost... don't bother they aren't worth the money or hassle...

Have played two rounds with a cart since I received it back late last week. Continued problems will not work and follow just steers left after purchasing two cards last year one for myself and one is a gift very very annoyed. I would like you to keep this court that I send back and give me credit on it towards a new one. I realize it won’t be the full price I paid, but this is not the product. I thought I was purchasing. Please let me know and thank you in advance for your consideration.

I have had a Q Follow and all I have had is issue after issue with broken handles the frame breaking where the plastics used are not fit for purpose and bearing falling apart, my advice is not ever to go near one of these down you money elsewhere where the build quality is better.

Ridiculous that Stewart Golf will not pick up the phone and everyone is made to communicate by email which then takes 24 hours or more to answer.
Very poor service.

CAN SOME FROM STEWART GOLF PLEASE RESPOND!!
I have tried the contact Stewart Golf this week via telephone on several occasions to no avail.
I used all the automated options available even requested a call back, the online AI chat is just as bad by sending you into a loop asking the same questions, then it finally offers to put you through to a human, you’ve guessed it I’m still waiting (24 April).
My order was accepted on the 15 April, 12 days on I would have expected it to have been processed and received an email from FedEx with a delivery date.
Stewart Golf, please reach out and let me know what’s happening.

I live in Italy. I initially tried to buy when back in the uk. But after taking the order for express delivery, eventually had to cancel as they couldn’t deliver in time. I’d already paid for the airline freight and bought the drink and handset holder. Stewart recommended their Italian supplier, vertical golf, as being fantastic. Actually crap. Ordered and paid in full.Three months later they returned my money. Stewart recommended a French supplier. Not to be discouraged I tried again. French supplier,go2golf really tried but once again Stewart couldn’t deliver. In the end we gave up. Cost me over €100 not to have a Stewart trolley. My experiences were pretty poor. Now got the powerkaddy rx1. They delivered to Italy. Really wanted the Stewart. However seem to have saved money and got a good product. Anyone want a drinks and phone holder
Love my Q follow, recently sent the remote in for a little trouble shooting and the response was great! They sent me a video to show that it is working properly now, updated the software and made sure there would be no other issues with what I reported. A big thank you to Gabriel for all the communications after recieving the unit. Also to Eloise and Charlene in the UK for there assistance as well.

Excellent customer service, prompt turnaround and my Q Follow is as good as new again. Best golf trolly by a country mile.

A few initial Problems not least with instructions which seems distorted. Battery flashes for ages after turning on following a charge before turning constant. Takes about 4 rounds to get used to it but it really does enhance a round of golf. Better now that charge app is up and runningavailable

My Vertx was returned under warranty via the Stewart supplied box delivered promptly that contained excellent protective foam inserts. Collection from my home was again faultless and on time. The repairs were carried out within 24 hours and communication from Stewart back to me was excellent as to what was required. I have yet to receive the trolley back on the allotted time but am very confident this will be met. A very nice touch is a video sent to me of the repaired trolley being demonstrated by a Stewart employee. My only concern is the replaced wheels do not give a re occurrence of the original set. That said Stewart are a professional outfit and I have complete confidence in the company. A well done to Mel and Carrie in customer support. Brilliant employees and a credit to Stewart.

I bought a Q Follow 3 years ago for around £1600 - a lot of money for a golf trolley but I was attracted by the follow functionality.
The features and engineering of the trolley are great, but that's where it ends. The build quality for something of this price is appalling. Within a year the main support for the trolley had broken - it's made out of fairly flimsy plastic so not surprising. Another person at my club with the same trolley has exactly the same problem. I reported it and was sent out a part to fix the trolley - no big deal. After 2 years I decided to send the trolley back for a service, which I had heard from another customer was worth doing as they would just replace anything that was broken - there were a fair few niggles and broken sections at this point - the cost of the service was around £150 at the time. Sure enough, I got the trolley back and everything wrong with it had been fixed or replaced - I was impressed.
The main support then broke again - speaking to others almost all of them have had problems with this section of the trolley. It had been 2 years since the last service so I decided to send it back expecting the same service as before - but this time in addition to the service cost (which is now closer to £200) I was given a bill for another £130 to fix the sections that had broken.
So now in addition to the £1600 I paid, I have spent close to £500 just to keep the trolley useable. After 4 years this is the total cost of my previous Motocaddy. The trolley itself feels poorly made and the plastics feel cheap, so I imagine it wont be long before it breaks in a similar way again.
I'm all for supporting British manufacturing, but I would not buy or recommend a Stewart product to anyone purely based on the build quality. The engineering and features are good, and as a result I'd recommended the trolley to a few people before, which I deeply regret.

Terrible customer service from Stewart golf !! I sent my remote control handset to Stewart only for them to send it back saying ( we no longer have the software for this ) so it carnt be fixed !! So I have a perfect trolly that I can’t use even manually because the remote is the only way of operating it. They are basically saying buy a new Stewart trolly
NOT A EFFIN CHANCE
