Compassionate Care That Made All the Difference

From my very first session, I felt genuinely seen and supported at Steyaert Counselling. My therapist in London, Ontario was warm, down-to-earth, and truly listened to my struggles with anxiety and overwhelm. Together, we used CBT and mindfulness strategies that actually made a difference— I began to notice small shifts in how I handled stress within days. The online booking was so easy, and virtual sessions felt just as personal as in-person visits.

What I loved most was how my therapist tailored every exercise to my life—you never feel like just another appointment slot. Whether I was tackling work burnout or relationship worries, they always had thoughtful insights that resonated. If you’re looking for caring, professional help in Ontario (or online), I can’t reccomend Steyaert Counselling enough.
