Somethin' Sweet is a great place to shop from! I originally was in Korea for a vacation and had shopped and ordered hoping to receive it in Korea. However, they contacted me and said it would not arrive in time and they helped me through the whole process of changing address and getting it shipped to my home in USA. I didn't get my hair pins
The shipping was very fast and good customer service, but I realized this just week or two ago from receiving my order. My order didn't have one item I ordered. I emailed about this but I got no anwser..

Love the customer service
Love the customer service. One of my items had to be delayed however, they sent my item earlier than stated. I was surprised because I thought I would have gotten it more later and ended up receiving it earlier.

The white dress was entirely sheer.
The blue dress was wonderful!
The fabric on the coat was snagged already on the back with messy side seams.

I am so happy with my order, I live in Nigeria so i already assumed the delivery will take over two months, but as soon as they shipped it, it came in the next week. also the delivery charge is just 4.99

Quick and efficient communication with client customer service. I asked for partial reimbursement of my order and the shipment of unwanted products went well.
Be careful of product stock management! The client customer service weren’t aware that a product went out of stock in my order when I asked. Please kindly improve internal communication for out of stock products as well as with the customers. (so much deception to receive notification of out of stock product after paying the order).

It means that we do not hold the stock of all the items available on the website and we order them directly from the brands. This way we can offer you a wide range of Korean brands without charging you for the storage fees!
The limit of this method is that sometimes we are notified by the supplier that the item is out of stock after you placed your order. When this happen, we immediately cancel the item and refund you the full amount of the product.
