Excellent service with variety range of brands available. Shipping is quick with DHL for international orders. Overall I am very satisfied with the shopping experience.

Loved my clothes. It's my third time shopping from here. A few times the sizing wasn't the best, but that is a risk with online shopping. They were happy to give me credit when I returned a few items. Delivery was quick and despatch usually takes around 5 days. Overall good experience.

All ready made 3 or 4 purchases. Good products, fast delivery, excellent communication with the staff members if there is problem. Just sad that there isn't gift or reward for fidelity 😁

I have purchased items from STHSWT for awhile now and I haven't had many problems, plus the items are so cute and well made. However, my last purchase(s) was a disaster. I purchased a sweater and received an email a week later saying it was out of stock and was offered a refund or gift card. I took the gift card to purchase a similar sweater, received ANOTHER email letting me know that it was out of stock. So I took the gift card offer again and purchased a summer dress and sports bra (not a sweater) and received A THIRD email informing me that both items I ordered were OUT OF STOCK. This time, I just opted for the refund.

I will say that customer service was great as their reponses and actions were polite and prompt. However, I am extremely disappointed that you can't really tell what is in stock or not until you've ordered and then spend way too much time finding "replacements" when everything is out of stock. This was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience and I'll definitely think twice before purchasing from STHSWT again.

Best customer service, my parcel was stolen DHL didn’t do much about it and I was feeling discouraged as I spent $75 Canadian on a bathing suit, but I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund. I’ve been a long time customer and I just love their clothes and the company themselves! 💞💞💞

The items arrived fast and in great condition. Pleased and I will buy from Somethin'Sweet again.

Everything is as the photo shows only downside is that the majority of the clothes are one size only and will fit ppl who are xs-m or L sometimes depending on the fabric shipping is always on time no trouble there (6$ I think and for orders over 200$ (or 100$ I think) is free shipping) and if you see something you like buy it because probability of restock is low, pieces are kinda like a one time made thing. But I enjoyed the stuff there!

Absolutely excellent service, did take a little while to dispatch, however once it was I received it in two days. They did initially send me a wrong item, however sent me the correct one afterwards without hassle. Their clothes are so stylish too, definitely going to order again!

I know one thing for sure, I will only buy my Korean fashion needs from Somethin' Sweet! Why? They have a great variety in clothing and their site is very neat. The shipping time also doesn't take too long and I've luckily never had to pay for any customs and duties.
There have been times wherein I received a notification that half of my order had been cancelled because all the items were suddenly out of stock, but my tip for that issue is to order the new items and to check the site of the original brand to see if the item is in stock. Once, I received a wrong item (same skirt but in a different colour), but I ended up liking it better than the one I originally ordered. With that being said, I do recommend buying your Korean fashion needs from Somethin' Sweet, because their service is very sufficient and I REALLY trust this site. So to the team that keeps Somethin' Sweet going, kudos to you!

Honestly, I am obsessed with this website! The delivery is faster than I expected and I love the clothes.

Took quite a long time for my order to be dispatched. On Arrival the coat had parts which were broken so I had to sew and repair it myself since I’m situated in Europe and it would be very inconvenient for me to send my order back to Korea. All in all it was an average shopping experience.

I had a wonderful experience with my first order. Shipping took longer than expected because it was the first time the site had an order from my country, completely understandable; customer service contacted me and let me know about it, then made the necessary arrangements to get a courier that ships all the way here to South America. Once it was shipped it took about 4 days to reach my country! I was so shocked! This has never happened before. I will definitely order again!
