The background color of our labels did not match the sample in the sample pack. In addition, the tapes used to hold the end of the roll pulled the printing off the paper.

So far so good! Easy upload and proofing process. I didn't have to make any changes but I think that would have been easy as well. The kraft stickers seem to be good quality for our usage on packaging. Good turn around time too! ◡̈ The weight of the stickers is a little bit on the lighter side, but we weren't looking for extremely heavy duty stickers.

I was not aware the paper was brown. I thought it would be white. So the colors are darker. I would have purchased another type of sticker.
