what made my personal experience great was the time and dedication spent on transferring my artwork to a completely new format.
the finished product was visually exceptional i just cannot stop looking at them.
there attention to detail is absolutely amazing.

It all ended up okay. I requested a refund for the order and received it.

My main letdown was the communication from Stickeroo. The first proof came back quickly. But after that, I had to chase support multiple times just to get a follow-up response. When they did reply, they were friendly, but everything was taking way too long to actually make it here in time for my event.

I only ordered a small batch to test out their quality and service. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately!), I'll be heading back to my old supplier.

We placed a small order to see if we liked the products before placing a very large order. And all I can say is I’m very glad we only placed a small one because the colouring was way off. We tried to contact this company via email and Facebook page, after many days we finally received a reply on Sunday night on Facebook and promised to hear back Monday morning and the problem would be rectified but nonetheless, nobody contacted us. We then received invoices to our business account asking for money for someone else’s business. It’s an absolute joke of a company and I will never be using them again.

Almost a month and no items. Now being told it’s my job to search for where my stickers are. Absolutely no communication. No tracking. Disgusting service. Don’t want to deal with stickeroo moving forward. Be warned.

Easy, practical and very helpful. Sheena and Nicole were my main points of contact, both of them were excellent in assisting me. The stickers were delivered on time and the final prints all looked fantastic.

As a first time sticker creator, the Stickeroo team were brilliant to deal with. Answered all my questions and helped me figure out the best file format and sticker options to choose. I absolutely LOVE my stickers, cannot wait to create more with the help of the team at Stickeroo.

One of my stickers turned out absolutely terrible, I think the customer service team has trouble understanding basic english=

Service on orders was prompt and sticker quality excellent, but for some reason, perhaps technical, they would not respond to my emails. I decided to go with another company on my next order because I could not get any response from them.

Everyone at stickeroo was very friendly and responded promptly. The quality of the stickers is excellent. There was a minor mishap with email communication but this was resolved quickly. Thank you!

Misleading pricing for quantity if you do not check the fine print, particularly for sheet prints. Quantity listed is the number of stickers, however stickers are depicted as, and arrive as, sheets of 12, so you cannot actually buy other quantities, however the shown sheets of 12 and quantity of 10 as default heavily imply you will receive 10 sheets. This is only clarified near the bottom of their description. Additionally, the pricing of the stickers starts incredibly high ($2+ per sticker) and only becomes reasonable at larger quantities, with even 100 stickers being >40c per sticker, becoming good value deeper into the hundreds.

The sticker quality is good however, and they do check that they are organised correctly.

After receiving a clearly copy pasted response that doesn't address this at all; I am comfortable lowering the score and saying that they intentionally make it misleading to overcharge purchasers, while noting in the description in a very obscure fashion to not be liable for it. Avoid using if you can and are not going straight to 300-1000 stickers in one order.

I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I put my order through and paid, sent through my jpg file of my design. They sent me an email saying that they need to confirm my order. I checked through all my email accounts and I never got this confirmation email. I wrote an email back saying that maybe they sent it to the wrong email, so I provided the email address to send all the information to so that I can confirm everything. I still havent recieved one 1 month later and still havent recieved my stickers. There isnt even a contact number to ring this company. I dont know if ill ever here from them or if ill ever get my stickers. Not Happy!!!
