ridiculous - order not shipped and no information. Customer service = no service. Asked for shipment date and only received a reply that they were handling my order. After a week still no news and money has been taken from my account. Waste of money.

This company said they’d send me a discount if I gave them a five star review on this website. I sent them the review twice over several weeks and never got a response. In my original review I was more lenient but was still honest and provided fair feedback. Now I’m editing it and making it much more realistic. I don’t like how they’re basically buying positive reviews and they just ignored me because I had valid critiques. Their products are completely overpriced and no way near worth the cost for what you get.

It took 15 days from them accepting payment to me receiving the item. The main carabiner clip itself feels flimsy (it opens with the slightest touch rather than having some resistance). On the knots, the metal bits at the bottom climb upwards really easily instead of staying at the ends. For the price, the gift packaging could be included in the price instead of being a $16 upcharge.

I paid extra for priority express shipping because the site clearly stated the order would ship the next day. It did not ship the next day and several days later it still has not shipped.

I contacted the shop multiple times and have not received any reply. The lack of acknowledgment or communication reflects poorly on their reliability and accountability.

Based on this experience as a first time customer I would not purchase here again.

Sticky Zoo. As with previous purchases my new charm is adorable, extremely well made, and has already generated multiple compliments. I also have had reason to contact customer service in the past and their service is excellent with prompt replies and issues resolved quickly.

Simple enough site navigation and the variety of charms are the excellent. The leather seems to be of good quality as well, they leather smell is undeniable. The major plus is the unboxing experience. Sticky Zoo has really outshined many companies in this regard with their unboxing experience. Classy and I love it.

The item is exactly as described. The teddy bears are sewn on well and the overall fabric is actually really thick and the cotton is super soft. Comfortable jumper, will order again.

I am in love with this dog charm! The attention to detail is incredible — it captures the playful and sweet personality of a real toy poodle perfectly. Company cancelled an item from my order but will not refund the money. I’ve reached out several times over six-week period and each time they respond saying they will process the refund, and then…nothing. I have to open a claim with my bank to try to recoup the money. Now I find out you can get the exact same charms for DHG for a fraction of the price.

Got the “Life is short so are my legs” tee from Stickyzoo (size L)… and it’s a total win.
Lightweight cotton, super soft and comfy on the skin, thick enough to feel good: perfect for summer 🌴 but also mid-season (autumn 🍂 and spring 🌸).
The dachshund print speaks for itself 🐾 and the beads and lettering are amazing quality.
Fits oversized in the best way, looks great with a leather jacket and baggy pants.
Shipping was fast.

Terrible experience with the item and seller, €270.00 completely wasted.
The item arrived with numerous defects (all documentation sent to the brand).
Besides the defects, it's a very poor quality item.
Immediately after receiving the item, I contacted support to complain about the item and inform them that I intend to return it for a refund.
Initially, the seller wanted to send me the parts I complained about. Then they said they wanted to replace the entire item. Then they offered a 40% refund so I could keep the defective item. But they never agreed to let me return it. The seller's website has a return form, which states that the buyer must arrange shipping and cover the costs, but they don't provide the address to which the item should be sent. They only respond to emails with the information they want to provide and never provide the information requested.
Basically, they're trying to force me to keep their item no matter what. This is abusive selling and a complete disregard for consumer rights.
My advice is not to buy from this seller.
