I've been using StickyPiston for almost four years now with hosting huge modded servers, and it's been fantastic every single time! Prices are quite fair, they easily restore servers anytime you'd like to reopen them, and they are quite fast with getting back to you about any problems you may be having. Super kind customer service as well! Definitely recommend :).

I've only been using sticky piston a short time but I am exceptionally pleased with the services they provide. they are affordable, and quick to respond to the support ticket ive needed to post about a small billing issue. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to host a Minecraft server.

Mod setup was part of the server cost instead of an addons and their updates have all been completed within hours of a ticket. All staff have been courteous and helpful, not one complaint about this server provider.

I wanted a server where I could swap between mod packs or custom maps easily but without being restricted from changing individual mods/configs/settings or having to contact customer support every time to do that.
StickyPiston fully fulfilled that. A few clicks to change between packs easily but also ftp access to easily upload specific mods, plugins and maps.

The server ran well. When I needed to add more ram for a bigger pack that was easy to do. The couple of times I chatted to customer support the responses were quick and helpful.

I am a complete noob when it comes to servers and such, and I am sure that I can be rather difficult in what I am wanting in a server.

However, I am always met with kindness and swiftness to any questions I may have, and I don't feel like I am being a nuisance.

I have used a few other server companies over the years, but I have yet to find one as great as Sticky Piston Hosting.

Because it makes me suspicious, suspicious that its too good to be true.

There was rubber banding happening within a niche mod I was hosting with them, and I thought this had to be it, it was all a sham!

But following my support ticket, their team mobilized and completely independently of me: ran tests on the server connection, identified the source of the rubber-banding issue as from glitch within the mod itself, submitted a thousand-word bug report to the mod developer, containing not a single wasted word, which the developer thanked them fore and promptly fixed.

Thats so far beyond a server support ticket that I feel I have no choice but to bind myself with a blood contract never to cancel my subscription, I couldn't feel more supported!

Oh, and despite being the heroes to a problem beyond their making, they still topped up my subscription to make up for lost play time, incredible. If you're having doubts about the reviews like I did, just make sure you give them the benefit of the doubt with your support ticket, they moved mountains for me.

They were incredibly helpful and was very supportive for getting my custom server up and running quickly and efficiently. I had went with gportal at first since i had a game 7 Days to die on there to begin with thinking they might be good to use as well especially since they had the modpack on their supported list (granted they say they don't do mod support i will give them that) but after almost a week of back and forth and finding out somehow their modpack was the wrong one (instead of RAD2 was Feywild) and just looping the same problems StickyPiston was able to help me in fraction of the time and help set it up and run smoothly for my streaming and future community on the server

Probably the best hosting service out there; great functionality, ease of use and a customer service team that consistently go above and beyond!

Any and all requests are met with professionalism, an obvious understanding of the game and a friendly mannerism that makes it feel like talking to long time friends more than a service provider.

At one point we were running a custom mod-pack and the server was troubled by lag issues. The team tracked the issue to a particular mod - then proceeded to contact the mod developer on our behalf and within days we had a patch fixing the issue.

Top tier support! The team is friendly, fast, and they know about the mod I'm playing. Just today they waited 15 minutes to update the server, because I was in a timed Vault. Great folks!

I had an issue with a modpack crashing in a certain dimension and the customer support solved my issue within a day!(I opened the ticket at stupid o'clock in the morning lol) and also they were open to showing me how i can do the fix myself, this service actually feels like you deal with people who care. the only reason I stopped using it is because I stopped playing Minecraft nothing to do with this service.

I will give my full unbiased opinion.
StickyPiston is not only fast with their support tickets, they are also kind enough to help with even the simplest tasks like manually installing a modpack. They never judge, they simply help. I have grown very fond of this host and will continue to use their services as ive been with them for years upon finding out about their free trial services to test maps or modpacks. They are fast, reliant and I couldn't ask for anything better. They have helped me multiple times to fix issues, help with billing problems, even gone so far as to offer a discount on my monthly hosting package to make things easier for me since ive been with them for so long. I truly love their support team and I wish them all the best.

Over the years I've used many server hosting services, and I can confidently say that StickyPiston is my favorite host. The library of modpacks they offer is immense, they're very easy to set up and moderate, and the support service is very friendly and have solved any problem I've had typically within 30 minutes. Great service!

I rented a custom mod pack server and it was set up in like an hour, even though it was Christmas time. I forgot to include couple mods in my mod pack and they installed it without any problems! I absolutely love how much effort and time they have put to provide the best possible experience. If you are considering whether to rent a server from StickyPiston or somewhere else, trust me you won’t regret choosing stickypiston over other hostings. That is a 10/10 for me!

I have been with StickPiston off and on for multiple years for my server hosting needs. They have to be one of the best if not the best hosting provider for Minecraft servers available. The quick response times to support tickets as well as the knowledgeable staff make being a customer a wonderful experience. 10/10

i saw nothing wrong here, stickypiston hosted my custom modded minecraft server for about a year, squashing every bug and finding the cause of almost every other issue within hours of a posted ticket.
the staff even went so far as to chase issues left open from the modding community in order to procure and instigate fixes from the source.

i have tried other hosting services and none have been so human and knowledgeable, i'm convinced stickypiston understood everything i attempted to communicate. thanks guys, i'll be back

So impressed with StickyPiston, the website is easy to use, the server is lag free and the customer support has been so fantastic! Replies are quick and super helpful, they gave me a hand installing a modpack onto my server and it worked perfectly.

I currently have around 60 mods installed onto a 4GB server (Vanilla+ type mods, nothing too hefty... yet) which I managed to install myself after getting some help from a member of staff, and it runs really smooth. Me and my friend play all the time, and I gotta say it's been a really good experience overall, that kick of nostalgia has hit and I feel like a kid again, thank you StickyPiston!

Enjoy an excellent server experience. They really make setting up modded servers an easy, smooth experience and if you do run into hiccups the support staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fast to respond.

The gameplay side of things has been equally wonderful. I've experienced no server down time and virtually no lag in my world. Sticky Piston is where I will doing all my Minecraft hosting.
