A Very Good Leaf Vaccuum and blower…
I ordered the Leaf Vaccuum and blower on 7th November, and it was delivered on 11th November, which was not bad, but my only gripe is there was no communication from Stiga to say it was been despatched and by which carrier, as promised in my order acknowledgement email, so it took me by surprise when a delivery driver from Clarkes knocked at my door on the 11th, this aside I have tried out the Leaf Vaccum ,/blower and it is brilliant and picked up leaves on my patio and lawn with no effort whatsoever,! I am very pleased with this product.

A nice looking machine which serves my purpose.
A nice looking machine which, after familiarising myself with the instructions, is fairly easy to operate. One caution. Get used to electric forward motion of the machine before trying to negotiate into a confined space for garaging as it is too easy to hit something.
It is still early days and one thing I have learned is that the manual says it is not to be used for picking up autumnal leaves. I don't understand why as it did a good job. If someone can explain why I would be grateful.

Have had the long reach hedge cutter…
Have had the long reach hedge cutter and chain saw for a couple of seasons and have been very impressed with the machine battery life with the 4 amp hour battery is amazing and goes on forever, the switch to start the machine became faulty took it back to where I purchased it at Devon Garden Machinery (brilliant service there) and after reporting the fault to STIGA they offered to replace the whole head unit, amazing service. On the back of that I have just purchased a battery powered strimmer and with the special offer they are sending me a free spare battery. Again brilliant service and products reasonable priced.

Ordered a leaf blower/vacuum from…
Ordered a leaf blower/vacuum from Stiga, was told it was on the way. After 7 seven working days I was told it was still the way. Became concerned because no one could find the item when I checked with Clarke transport, Stiga’s delivery company they said they did not have a delivery on their system for my address! I cancelled the item after registering a complaint. I doubt that I will have anyone contact me now.

The company did not deliver my order. On contacting them I was ignored. They took the money and the customer service contact is invalid.

Not the best.
Delivery: wasn’t given a notification for shipping, or estimated arrival date. One day just got a random call saying an item arrived and needed to be signed. The product must be signed to be delivered because of batteries inside. If I wasn’t in I would’ve had to arrange it all again. Which is not ideal.
Product: STIGA cordless 132e lawnmower.
It was very difficult to set up despite being a small lawnmower. The instructions were very unhelpful, as it is a generic manual for many different different lawnmowers, and they expect you the customer to know which part of the instruction applies to your machine.
After setting up, the grass holder is not very sturdy and can fall very easily. There is no way of using it without the grass box falling apart and grass clippings all over the ground.
Changing the height on the mower is also far from ideal.
It’s a smallish mower that fits into my small KETER storage box, so that’s good. But I wouldn’t have chosen this brand otherwise. The price is okay. Not the cheapest for what it is.

Mower mows well. The grass collection box was really difficult to put together with the yellow top not connecting via the lugs easily.

I have had my robotic mower for 5 weeks…
I have had my robotic mower for 5 weeks now and it has been nothing but trouble the boundary settings are erratic and the mowing days dont always do what is requested.
The mowing pattern changes almost daily and the machine cannot be left unattended which is exactly why I brought the mower.
There are no clear instructions on how to active the mower correctly other than the start up book, and the after sales service is none existent.
This is proving to be one of my worst purchases ever and I am seriously thinking of returning it.
