Stimmdienst is a Berlin-based AI platform that helps small and medium-sized service businesses across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland never miss a customer inquiry. We build and run AI voice agents that answer incoming calls, AI chat widgets for websites, and the websites themselves — all working together so that whether a customer calls, messages, or just lands on your site, they get a fast, helpful response around the clock. Our clients range from cleaning services and pest control companies to car dealerships and hospitality businesses. For each one, we set up a tailored AI agent that knows their services, pricing, and booking process, so it can answer real questions instead of generic small talk. Everything runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves in Germany, and we work directly with each business to refine the agent as their services or hours change. We're a small, hands-on team — most of our clients talk directly with the people who built their system, not a support queue. Stimmdienst is still early in its journey, with new businesses coming on board regularly, and we're continuously expanding what the AI agents can do, from automated review requests to multilingual support for DACH's diverse customer base.
