Really good, professional people helping to take the stress out of house buying.

We were first time buyers and our experience with Stisi Group was indeed unforgettable. Both Chris Usher and Connor were brilliant from the beginning of the process until the end. First Time Buyer
As a first time buyer, I was initially very naive about the work and time that goes into applying for a mortgage. Ross however was very helpful and organised, keeping in touch with me regularly and sorting any concerns I had. Was also helpful recommending types of insurance and providers to help make the complete relatively hassle free. I recommend the personal approach since this made it feel less like a consultation and more a conversation.

Stisi have been great all the way…
Stisi have been great all the way through the process of gettingus a mortgage and then finding us another mortgage when the original house we wanted didn't happen. They made the process understandable and even went beyond the call of duty helping us out with a problem that wasn't really part of their remit.

Very professional service
I asked Ross from Stisi Group to help me with my mortgage when my wife and I separated. He was very helpful and introduced me to a solicitor. The mortgage offer came very quickly (a couple of weeks only) and he also looked into income protection insurance for me. Because I had an accident involving my right hand just before the start of the insurance contract, the insurance excluded that hand until they could see things were settling ok and it could be reviewed after 6 months. Ross thoroughly contacted me after the six month had lapsed to get this changed: a very professional service from start to finish. I would certainly use Stisi Group again and would not hesitate to recommend him.
