Brillaint service and brilliant gilet! We ordered a custom branded gilet with a few added changes. The service and communication was great to get to the final design we were looking for. The light weight gilet fits well. It is a smart looking material and design (we've had lots of complements). I also didnt realise I'd appreciate the waterproofing so much when accidently getting caught out in the rain. Very happy.

+ side: Nice material and a very nice print!

- side: The price is a bit steep and --> I'll never order from an UK shop again. Got a bill for €18 tax and service cost for shipping to the EU.
This is the last time I'll bought stuf in the UK. Really Last Time! Really!

Great customer service, clear and transparent communication from Lisa and a very high quality final product. I ordered a gilet and dry robe, both with embroidered logo on the breast and additional printing on the back. Lisa was very clear and communicative, always happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for custom apparel and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Really couldn’t recommend Stitch enough. I arranged for my club to do a small order of customised caps and visors with them and was so impressed by the customer service, the speed with which the items were produced and delivered, the prices, and the overall care taken with the whole process. Lisa and team are wonderful and we had such a positive experience with them!

Excellent service, and staff especailly Lisa and Sarah are friendly and helpful. and they always answer the phone unlike some rowing clothing providers. The quality of the clothes etc is second to none. And they are super fast.

Great products! Splash jacket is v bright, so good for rowing in autumn/winter. Has slight stretch, therefore easy to move in. Great customer service too, Phoned up to check which size leggings to buy, as between sizes and got offered extra long leggings with just an inch added to leg length. Perfect, couldn’t be any better.

We asked stitch to create us a bespoke ‘Gucci Girl’ AIO at very short notice and with a very small run - Stitch had these made and they were with us within 3 days of ordering. Once again, awesome quality and superb customer service - we almost want to keep them SERC rest from the Gig Rowing world!!!
