Don't do business with them!
This company has no integrity from the top down.
Today I had a "customer service" person call me and berate me about a purchase that I made in which they were to provide (per their website description & emailed directions) an instant download. Obviously they did not. Then after not being about to get a word in with the CSR who abruptly just hung up on me I received a call from the "CFO". This person was ruder then the CSR and flat out lied that "an associate had spoken with me about the issues yesterday".
Problem with his lie was that they don't work on Sundays, and they called my office phone, in my office, which I don't work on Sundays and it would have been impossible for this "associate" to have called or gotten ahold of me. Instead of trying to fix a miss understanding this "CFO", assumably a business leader in the company, choose to lie to a customer on multiple levels and overall act as if customers don't matter to them.
Absolutely the WORST customer service experience in my life! Do business with them at your own risk!
