As an adobe contributor, I'm worried and tense because my 4 years work and struggles went within a second with just an email for Adobe stock. Such an horrible experience.
Very bad packages. you will sign on annual payments without seeing the tiny sentences agreement. bad behavior. I'd already spent a fair deal of money (105 NIS a month) and then get stung - 475 Shek... See more

I am deeply disappointed with my recent…
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Adobe Stock. As a long-time user and content creator on this platform, I have always valued the services Adobe Stock offered, until my account was inexplicably blocked.
My account had a significant amount of original content, including thousands of my own videos, which were uploaded in compliance with Adobe Stock's terms and guidelines. I had also successfully earned and withdrawn a portion of my earnings, but there remained a balance of $304.81 in my account.
The sudden and unexplained blockage of my account was not only shocking but also distressing, as it raised concerns about the fate of my remaining funds. This action felt unjust and unethical, especially when there was no clear reason provided for this drastic measure.
I have always considered Adobe Stock a reputable platform for content creators, and I have dedicated considerable time and effort to building my portfolio here. However, this unfortunate incident has cast a shadow over my trust in the platform.
I implore Adobe Stock's customer support to promptly address this matter, provide clear and specific reasons for the account block, and, if warranted, reinstate my account. This situation has caused unwarranted stress and frustration, and it is essential that Adobe Stock rectifies it to maintain the trust of its user base.
I believe in providing feedback constructively, and I sincerely hope Adobe Stock takes this opportunity to improve its account management and customer support processes to prevent similar situations in the future.
I eagerly await a resolution to this issue and hope that Adobe Stock can regain my trust as a valued content creator.

I was a contributor for about two months. I was selling one video a day and now they blocked me from selling and won't give me payment from last month. I filled out the form to ask why they blocked my account and have heard nothing.
I Also used to use Adobe software. They jacked the price up so high that it's no longer affordable. I don't need cloud storage. I have backup hard drives. This used to be a great company. I have used photoshop for 20 years. I now use photopea. Just another greedy company in silicon valley.
Very dissapointed
A place for creators of all levels where they should be able to submit their work to try and earn something (and not only just money). I have had ALL REVIEWED PHOTOS DECLINED and I am not a bad photographer. My work is above the average you present on your platform and that is just fact. No wonder all the reviews are so bad and speaking about the same thing. I can't wait for my 12 months subscription to run out and BBYE.
ABSOLUTE SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately the minimum is 1. As everyone else says, this service operates on extremely questionable legal and moral grounds and the whole subscription system is DELIBERATELY built to scam people out of their pockets.
Shame on you Adobe, what a DISGUSTING and MANIPULATIVE business strategy - I was once considering making use of your photo editing services but I will NEVER IN MY LIFE give another cent to your rotten company which uses psychological manipulation tactics to bleed people out. Similarly, I have already informed ALL of my connections to stay far away from your services and luckily many have already listened and cancelled all of their subscriptions with you.
I sighed up for Adobe Stock to try it
I sighed up for Adobe Stock to try it. It had some lovely videos and images. Then after a couple of months I tried to cancel my subscription of $29 a month. They want to charge me a early cancellation fee of $149. I understand I did not read all there small print and that is on me. Yet I don't feel it is really ethical to charge me so much to cancel. I am absolutely disgusted with there policy. I feel like I have been robbed and Adobe is no longer a safe company for me to use. They want to bully me to stay with them. That is honestly not the type of company I wish to work with.. The worst part is they are such a strong company they don't need to do this to retain customers. They could choose to build loyal customers of which I have been for years. Yet this experience has broken all loyalty and I can't see who they will ever gain me again as a client.
Adobe stock contributors is the worst choice
It is the worst place ever what i have fund . They do not accept any photos and reviewing to make a decision takes ages. I am not satisfied with their service at all. No proper communication. I would like to give -10 star if this would be possible. I suggest to avoid their services. Adobe stock contributors is the worst choice .
Adobe Stock Contributors
I am a contributor to Adobe Stock and cannot get any contact with the company regarding my account. They have no representatives to answer any questions.
This is Purely SCAM Website
This is Purely SCAM Website, they offer you a free trial even if you succeed to cancel the plan, they still deducting from your account. Then if you cancel the plan you need to pay for the cancellation fee. SCAMMERS!!!.
The worst company ever!
The worst company ever!
I wanted to change the name of my company on Adobe Stock invoice. Couldn't do it. So I contacted the support several times when my subscription was active. They didn't make the change. So I contacted again, but my subscription wasn't active anymore.
And they wont change the name of your company on the invoice, because you are no longer subscribed with them. In my company, I make the change with one click. Everyone does. And what is even worse, they say they can help me If I purchase a new plan!
Had a good experience in the support…
Had a good experience in the support live chat with Tasmiya.
Thanks for the help.
if you want to unsubscribe you have to pay a penalty
Worst company with its policy, please don't subscribe unless you read all the policy pages or you will have to pay a penalty to unsubscribe, Scammers
Fonts not included
Fonts not included. It is so frustrating to buy a font effect from stock.adobe. If I cancel my account then I loose all of the credits I've paid for over the last few months. WHAT A RIP OFF! False advertisement and they hold you hostage.
Adobe stock has been filled with garbage
Adobe stock has been filled with AI-generated garbage. I am wasting a lot of time looking for a suitable image. The service that I have contracted has not been like that. I want to terminate the contract and I am not willing to pay the penalty for canceling early. I will have to block my credit card next month.
All the best,
WARNING!
WARNING!! DO NOT EVEN TRY!!
They have this system where you subscribe to the annual plan, and you basically have no way to cancel it with no bloated cancelation fees. You basically have one day to cancel with no fees, which is the final day of your subscription and if you miss that window then it automatically gets renewed, and then you are screwed. Of course this is all buried in small print in their Lord of the Rings length TOS so you legally consent to being tricked. American unrestrained greed at its finest.
Even though I payed them $575 all my unused credits got removed the second I cancelled.
VERGOGNOSO!
evitate questa piattaforma come la peste! moderatori incompetenti è disonesti! Statene alla larga. 😡😡😡
BIGGEST SCAM I'VE EVER HAD ON THE…
BIGGEST SCAM I'VE EVER HAD ON THE INTERNET. FIRST I WAS NOT EVEN NOTIFIED THAT I WOULD GET CHARGED, THEN I TRIED TO CANCEL SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT WOULD ALWAYS SAY THAT I HAD TO WAIT TILL THE CONTRACT WAS OVER, I THEN TRIED TO CANCEL AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT BUT IT STILL WANTED TO CHARGE 186 EUROS. IN TOTAL THEY HAVE STOLEN 400 EUROS + 186 EUROS AND I'VE ONLY USED THEIR SERIVCE ONCE 8 MONTHS AGO. IT IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST DIGITAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD
Conned into an annual contract!!!!
I've experienced the same as many others who've reviewed. I signed up for the Adobe stock trial in September. It wasn't at all clear on Adobe's email that it was an annual subscription, and if you went over the trial period, you'd be locked into having an account for a year - with huge cancellation penalties. I thought it was a pay monthly service. It took me hours in online chat with adobe advisors to get the subscription ended without charge. Received a cancellation email in January. I've been charged again on my February credit card statement. Evidently, there was a second email address linked to my account, which they count as a live account which hasn't been cancelled (though I didn't use that email address to sign up). The adviser claims that the T&Cs state they are able to charge me because of this. Just had another hour long chat with an adviser, I haven't got anywhere. Would warn anyone considering a stock image service to choose a subscription from one of the many others, unless you need regular images over a whole year. I feel like I've been scammed!!!
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support
I am getting charged on my business card for 4 months now, I contacted support 4 times already. 2 times my chat just ended with a message "don't hesitate to contact us again" lol. Really!? the worst part is that I had to reexplain every single time and show every single time the transactions that I got charged. Please use Zendesk or other similar company to store the history of your conversations. After 3 chats of " we cant locate anything" but im still getting charges from Adobe that I dont use at all for my business, no active accounts, nothing. I receive for security reasons were are unable to say which account is charging you but we will stop the charges. Okay! Great! yes please! Guess what? The charges are still coming, I am coming to chat to advise about that, and the answer is we are unable to locate the charges. 1 agent is able, the other one is uanble, w"t"f is wrong with this company. They grew so big that they dont care anymore for the customer satisfaction. What a shame, I hope people leave this company. This is insane.
What a lousy service from adobe stock
What a lousy service from adobe stock, it is incredible that they avoid at all costs helping one to solve their problems.
They are not at all interested in helping their contributors.
They should review the customer support that Adobe stock has, because it is the worst on the entire internet
