Great communication and clubs were excellent.

So still no club that I purchased for £399.95 on 24 July nor any refund. Just excuses and empty words. I have to take legal action now for the debt recovery like at least one other person who has submitted a review on Trip Advisor. I regard their non performance of their words as theft.
Again, do not trust this company.

Item was as seen in images, fast response and the guys where very friendly.

A dreadful company to deal with. They must be scammers. Don't buy anything from this firm.
Agreed to buy a driver from this company on 24th July with shipping to take place on 31st July. Club never received and it is now 25th August. They do not reply promptly, try to claim it is the fault of Parcelforce, but never, never provide tracking details. They fudge and never give direct answers. Requested the goods or my money back. Never responded. Am about to seek other means of getting my money back. Am reporting them to Trading Standards too. I hope the others who have suffered as I have do the same.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER.

I am now 11 days after buying an item from this seller and have still not received any proof of postage or tracking details. The seller has repeatedly avoided answering question in relation to sending the item, it is apparently done through Parcelforce but they have so far refused to give me the tracking information.

The seller has also lied several times telling me the item has been sent but they have been unwilling to share proof of postage, and only started trying to resolve this matter after negative feedback was issued.

All in all a complete hassle, incredibly unreliable service, terrible communications, and I am now £300 out of pocket whilst Mastercard process a chargeback case.

Avoid.

Initial conversation and all subsequent messages were very positive. I both bought a new putter and traded one in as well. All transactions went smooth.
