The tights are very roomy and fit like a dream.
They are very generous in size which is fantastic for us larger ladies.

Very disappointed with the purchase. Without prior notice, I was forced to pay a customs fee in order to obtain my purchase.

Thank you for your review, although I am sorry to hear about the fees incurred receiving your purchase. Because orders travelling to the EU are no longer applicable for VAT, we had originally hoped the 20% reduction in price would go someway to offset any charges being applied by individual countries, however we appreciate this isn't always the case. Here at SHQ we were gutted when the UK voted to leave the EU and have felt sad to see the effects of this disastrous decision both for our loyal customers and for our company.
On the brighter side we are currently investigating a system that will calculate all of the costs/duties and apply them upfront so customers know their total bill during the checkout process. As soon as we can integrate this system we will and very much hope it will go someway to help streamline the entire process.
I hope that's all ok, but in the meantime if there's anything further I can do to assist please don't hesitate to contact me.
