Switch broken!
Delivery was quick but the switch itself is broken, have left it charging for about 35 hours, half on the dock, half without and it will not turn on, the power button launches a brief screen in which it tells me the switch is out of battery but the charging icon doesn’t show that it’s charging, annoying to spend this money on something for it to just not work. It’s not the cable either as I’ve tried 3 cables and all give same results

Paid for an item. Which then got cancelled. Ordered another item then when it turned up was missing one. Then to be told to send it back as they didn’t have the other item. But the returns service is spot on quick and simple. So credit to them

Missing items from switch bundle
Update: although the initial purchase was missing the items below, I was able to negotiate a refund based on the price it would cost me to buy the missing items. That refund was received today. They were very apologetic over the situation. I would probably order from them again in the future because there customer service was good in the end
Recently purchased a Nintendo switch bundle for it to turn up missing important items. Missing the dock, power, sports game, sports strap, hmdi. I have emailed them and they are not willing to send out the missing items instead offer a partial refund which wouldn't cover the costs of the missing items.

5 stars and well deserved. The controller looks like new and came well packaged and on the day they said it would. Would definitely buy again although I do think they need to lower the prices slightly but that's just a personal opinion.
