Bought pull out baskets and a sink brilliant service all round

This is a scam Brokerage and is no longer in business. Please do not associate with any Stockpile company is it is all a scam to take the people's money. They are con artists and will steal your money.

Yes gone out of business and took £3400 of my daughters money .Kept making excuses they were waiting for doors to be delivered and putting off delivery 10wks after we placed the order she got in touch and they told her they had ceased trading and to contact the bank.Did not have the balls to contact her .A complete shambles,and the website is still running AVOID

This whole transaction has been a catalog of mistakes. We initially ordered from you, on Nov 20th 2018, as we required 570 wall units. What we got were 702 wall units with the three uprights cut down. There was no means provided to fasten the top piece on and no hinge marking. Some of the wall units even had pocket hole joints put into the uprights although the top fits inside and not on top of these units. I could have done that, I have a table saw!! Fortunately I also had the means to fix the top pieces and was able to make a jig for the hinges. However you also provided the wrong size doors for the corner units and not enough 170-degree hinges for them to function correctly. You provided an incomplete draw unit with not enough fasteners for the draw fronts and three right hand draw runners but only one left hand draw runner. You didn’t send one 295 x 715 for one of the base units and you also didn’t send the larder unit.

On the 14th Jan you supposedly dispatched the missing bits. What arrived was one 273 x570 door for one of the corner wall units which fitted, so still missing one 273 x 570 door for the other corner wall unit. A 295x715 door for the base unit, which fitted. The doors you provided for the corner base units left a gap, there was no left draw runner and the larder unit arrived broken; possible because there was nothing on the package, which suggested that it should be treated with some care.

It was now nearly a month after informing them of all this and nearly 3 months after the initial order and I still had an incomplete kitchen. In a telephone conversation with them they agreed that the gap in the corner base unit could be sorted with a corner post and yet in a later email they stated that they were unsure how to proceed with this. They also told me that the larder unit has been dispatched. Upon ringing the company that was supposed to be handling this, I was told that they had no such parcel.

Eventually on the 15th Feb draw runners arrived. They were the wrong draw runners and didn’t fit. However the larder unit did arrive in one piece. Also missing were the corner posts.

Finally on 26th Feb the correct draw runner and corner posts arrived.

Could I recommend this company? Well NO. They have shown complete incompetence in handling this order and have an appalling lack of communication skills never once informing me of any delays. They are also selling 570 wall units that nothing more than 702 wall units cut down.

I ordered a full kitchen with units and doors with some of the doors being non-standard, they were very helpful with sorting the right sizes i needed and the whole order arrived on time and in perfect condition. the doors and units were also high quality and look even better than we expected

Looking for steel plinths to replace existing and enhance the look of the kitchen. Purchased from this company and they suited perfectly. So much so, purchased again when incorporated a new island.
Only downside was delivery cost.

Needed a non-standard replacement door so wasn't exactly their biggest customer but they went out of their way to help and got me sorted out very quickly at a very reasonable cost. Excellent service all round and very happy to recommend.

Good quality product - very solid and exactly as advertised (I bought a couple of plain white units). Easy to assemble - no instructions needed. A quick call to the company to query an administrative error led to the company quickly spotting and rectifying the problem, re-delivering correct unit. Very friendly service.
