I am still pretty new to investing. I do not want to jump in before learning the ropes. The creator Aness constantly reminds everyone to go through his tutorials videos before jumping in and take it slow. He is very insightful, and it is amazing to see that so many people have had huge gains in their portfolio because of the guidance Aness provides.

I purchased this app in good faith, assuming I’d be able to access the features I paid for. However, every time I try to log in, the app prompts me to create a new profile and subscribe again, even though I already have an active subscription under the email linked to my Apple ID. Other apps on my device properly recognised my updated email credentials, but this one does not.

There’s no “Restore Purchases” option visible in the app (which is a standard feature in most subscription‑based apps), and no clear support contact unless you’re logged in as a member. I’ve already reached out to Apple Support via chat and phone, but neither was able to resolve this issue.

Since I cannot access the product I paid for, and the developer doesn’t provide direct support, I feel the subscription is not being honoured and I am requesting a refund.

I love this app. Aness has such a degree of expertise and education, that as long as you follow his lead it’s easy to make money.
