Bought a van from this dealership after viewing whats app videos paid by bank transfer , they delivered the van but the condition was not as per video , so refused delivery , they promised to either replace with another van or get a full refund this was in may 2025 now in october 2025 and have neither van or refund , avoid these they are gypsies and tell you nothing but lies

Had a bad gut feeling from the start, however giving people benifit the doubt bought a used vehicle. Pick up was from a farm type property with caravans and cars parked up! Nothing but problems! Communication is non existent and who ever answers the phone treats you as if you are stupid and fills you full of lies. Nothing was done before vehicle was picked up as promised, would avioid at all costs!

Obviously they bought my old car in an auction, within days it had 30k less miles on the clock…. Or if you read correctly I only completed 1k of miles in a year, which clearly isn’t the case - check all the detail ..

Check EVERYTHING online first for example 80 miles done in one year ????? Whats that say?

By a country mile the best service when buying a car... the customer service and after care is second to none...I've had cars from a number of different garages but stockton motors is in a different league 5☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent company to buy cars from
I bought a car in October from this company, it is true that it seems to be appointment only to view the cars but they were all immaculately prepared and presented. Purchasing was smooth sailing, I have had the car for three months now and have had no issues at all.
I can't really comment on the trade in comments on here but for purchasing a car I cannot recommend them enough.

Grandson phoned up to make an appointment to view a car seen on auto trader, told would be closed Xmas day but open Boxing Day told by the guy on the phone didn’t need an appointment, went down with a view to buy, put into sat nav TS9 5JQ headed down and found at the end of a footpath the above postcode turned out to be a iron gate locked leading into a farm. Phoned the so called company up, to be told by a very officious lady that it was appointments only . We were in iGreat Broughton at the given post code. So having listened to the lady on the phone bells started ring and we went to Stockton to find this elusive car dealaship it was on Norton high street and it’s now called Norton cars and it’s mainly a car wash run by (war wash people very poor English) so my advise is Steer clear.

After 7 months of emails being ignored. Test being ignored and when phoned up being fobbed off and told documents on way I strongly advise keep away from this place as aftersales/customer services is below poor

I would not even give this company 1 star. They won a bid for my car on the motorway auction site.snd despite accepting the offer on the 11th July contact was made with me. They also received reminders from motorway to contact me but to no avail. I would say this company is not Trustworthy. I have had to relist my car for resale. They never had the courtesy of informing me that they may have changed their mind on the purchase. They should not be allowed to use the motorway site again

They bought my car via the car auction site, Motorway, on 13th June and we agreed collection of the vehicle on 21st June. That was the last we heard from Stockton car centre. They never turned up to collect our car, they didn’t respond to messages so can’t recommend them. We found them dishonest, unreliable and untrustworthy.

This company won the auction of our car through Motorway on 3rd June. Dealer didn't get in touch until 12th June (Motorway had to prompt them as they should have contacted us within 24-48 hours of winning the auction). Arranged collection for 23rd June but they never turned up. This was blamed on the courier so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and rearranged collection for 27th June. No one turned up. The dealer has failed to provide any explanation. We have subsequently relisted the car for auction. I would not trust this company. We have been consistently let down and communication has been poor.

Part Exchanged a car and they didn't pay off the other cars finance for over 5 months. I tried contacting multiple times over that period but after the second month they stopped contact all together. I had to then go to the finance provider to launch a complaint for them to eventually pay it off.

They also tried to make me pay a £450 fee for a non existent issue with the car after I had been complaining for a month for them to pay, which wasn't ever discussed or put in writing, yet they insisted that i had to pay it before they paid the finance.
