I appointed Stokemont as a joining owner surveyor. Bradely was instrumental putting together the schedule of conditions at a very short notice and concluding the award in a short amount of time. He explained the process clearly and provided useful advise. Thank you Stokemont.

Our surveyor Brad managed to arrange the wall inspections with both our neighbours on the same day and shared with us the party wall award as soon as the next day! That was extremely helpful as we could ask our builder to start immediately after and avoided costly delay.

It is a very useful survey report. The report helps me understand many issues I did not notice myself when I visited the property. And I managed to use this report to get 15k discount for my purchase. The surveyor was very helpful on answering questions and providing solutions.
