Picture of item is not the item. Item not of very good quality for £36. Worth about £3 not even good enough to be used as a rag as it's satin material.
Nothing resembling the item in the picture at all.
Contacted them for a return but they wanted us to send it back to China, so they only offered a 30% refund, so we got £10.30 back. Not ideal. But lesson learnt. The whole thing is a scam.

I purchased a "Jumper" on the 8th January, quoted 4-8 days delivery. Actually arrived 28th Jan. Item not as described or displayed in Photos on website. I bought using Paypal so immediately raised a dispute with them. After nearly 4 weeks of information, more questions, more information required, I finally got offered a full refund provided I returned the "garment" at my expense (to Holland). Courier requires a phone number and email address which wasnt provided so after 20 minutes on phone to PayPal, first 10 minutes to get through the botsa to a human, they agreed to refund in full and close the case without need to return. Perseverance worked but a lot of time and effort required.... Do not use Stonebrook!

Inconsistent sizing, photos are misleading knitted garments are not as such and are printed man made materials. Mens buttons are on the wrong side! George Retro sweater. Web site looks bogus in some respects. Similar issues with other Chinese based outfitters eg Handsome Dans.

Item was delivered late, when it did arrive there was two items not one, they were not as represented in the advert and really poor quality. As the item was a gift we strayed outside of the 14 day return window so got a brush off from the company. Really poor quality and worse service

Do not order from them. The product are not as descript and quality is very poor. On top of that they have a return policy where you have to get approval from customer support first before you are allowed to return it. Customer support is trying to hold you off so that you miss the 14 days deadline. Worst company ever

Would have given zero stars if possible. I should have read these reviews before purchasing; received not the expected jumper but a cheap screen printed item made of scratchy fabric. It must have cost them less than £1 to make. Now we either accept a 20% refund or pay postage to return item. Don't waste your money. We've learned our lesson.

Cheap goods made from China. Don't believe in the picture. The clothes are of a terrible quality and when you ask for a refund they will ask you to pay for postage to a spurious address in China.

Avoid at all costs. This is probably a scam. The photo of what looks like a jumper is actually a cheap, t-shirt and not worth £40, more like £5. Took much longer than expected to be sent, as I guess it is a long way from China on a slow boat. No labels in the garment.
I see that other reviews say refund is unlikely so I will donate to a charity shop.
Guess that I will be more careful next time, and I feel for the poor individual that had to make this for 5p (or it’s yuan equivalent).

The advertising of this product is untrue, a very misleading photo I thought I was buying a jumper what turned up was a printed tee shirt,no labels,worth! £10.00 paid £39.00 sale price rip off would not use this company again

Avoid !
Poor quality , poor delivery . It’s cheap rubbish that comes from china .
Try to refund but just get fobbed off or you have to send back to china for £21 !
