Did our kitchen tops they were exceptional on time and left a superb job , did what it said on the tin

I never like to leave a bad review but feel it might help other people if they are thinking of using this company. In the first instance I received a call from Dan whom I gave the measurements for to receive a quote, was then told he would get back to me with the styles they had, on not receiving anything I chased to be told i would get an email by the end of the day, a week later nothing! I have since contacted another company who were brilliant, more expensive but the quality of service was second to none and I have now ordered the worktops.

Had our worktops covered in Grigio Argento and we're ecstatic with the result and how it's changed the kitchen for the better. You would never know that the tops are not solid stone all the way through. Dan and his team were extremely professional throughout, from the initial measure up to the day of fitting. The team were also very respectful whilst working. Small details such as putting sheets down under appliances and work areas to protect our floors during the work are what make all the difference.

I found Dan's company on Google along with a few others. Because of our proximity, Dan couldn't see us for a few weeks although he priced up our job off the measurements I gave him.
He sent some samples and came and did the template. 4 weeks later he installed. The new kitchen tops look amazing. Dan and his two staff worked non stop to complete the kitchen and splashbacks which included window sills. New sink all plumbed in and even the new screw less power sockets installed. I cannot recommend this company high enough. No frills approach, no over the top sales pitches. "Does what is says in the tin" approach which I really appreciated. Hopefully we won't be seeing them again for some time but if we ever want to replace our tops again Stone Cover Kitchens would be my first point of call. Price was competitive but I went really off his reviews which is why I am writing one for him. He is busy and I can see why.

Having found Stonecover on the internet and read up on their service, we invited Dan round to measure up and give us a quote. What a lovely chap! So professional, friendly and full of good advice. He was meticulous in his measuring and preparation which resulted in a problem free fitting service on the day. He purchased a new sink and tap for us at very reasonable prices which beautifully complement the new worktops. Dan and Bryn worked really hard on fitting day and left the kitchen clean and ready to use before they left. I would highly recommend Stonecover Kitchens to anyone wanting to improve their kitchen without the trouble and expense of a full re-fit, and would be happy for anyone thinking of doing so to come and view their work.

We found this company whilst looking for a supplier on the Internet, having been told by a joiner friend that these tops actually existed. This company got such excellent reviews we decided to choose them. Best choice we made, having been held up severely by Covid, Dan the owner visited us. Gave a full explanation if everything and a very reasonable quote too! It was a pleasure Dan and Bryn in our home, respectful, efficient and hard working, and all done in a day. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Dan assisted us in choosing the right colour with his extensive experience and it's absolutely SPOT ON. New sink too which matches perfectly... Love our new look kitchen

Dans workmanship and attention to detail was excellent.We had problems with supply of certain materials due to lockdown but Dan has more than made up for the issues .Top guy and good at what he does

After inviting Dan to our house and his boasting about the products and service, we went ahead with the work. Phase 1 went well and we paid Dan in cash. The additional work we asked for was a nightmare. Took ages to get him here, then he stopped answering calls and messages. He left the job part finished with dangerously sharp edges exposed. We were unable to get him back, therefore had to pay a more reliable and reputable company to finish the work (Dan used to work for them previously)
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND USE A MORE REPUTABLE ONE !

We are so happy with our new kitchen/utility quartz worktop overlays - we can’t believe what a difference they make! At the initial visit Dan was so professional and knowledgeable - we took his advice about which finish to go for and he was absolutely right - they look amazing in our Victorian country cottage.
When installation day came, Dan and Shorty arrived on time and boy are they hard workers! We were so impressed by their craftsmanship, professionalism and friendly manner. At one point it was possible we may have had to let them in and then leave them to it for a few hours - in the end that wasn’t necessary but we certainly wouldn’t have worried if that was the case.
Their attention to detail is outstanding. A section of one worktop has to be removable for access to the boiler, so Dan used clear sealant in that area instead of the nice matching taupe sealant he’d used elsewhere, as he said that way we wouldn’t notice where the sealant stopped at the join. So thoughtful! And by the way - that join, which was never level beforehand and used to drive me crazy - it’s now 100% dead level - I took a picture, I was so impressed! (If I can figure out how to post photos on here I will).
Dan also sourced and fitted a new kitchen sink for us and again his care and attention was second to none. Again we took his recommendation for style and colour and it looks amazing!
The price was extremely competitive too.
I’ve read a lot of these reviews and we wholeheartedly agree with everything said. These guys are the best!

we had our kitchen tops, recovered last week,they look amazing thrilled to bits with them,the two guys were very professional,and just kept on going till they had finished without a dozen stops for tea,arrived on time cleaned and brushed up and very polite,i would recommend them 100% Noreen and glyn taylor

Dan & Lee were fantastic; from quote to completion - never left until they and we were completely satisfied. A true service focused small business, with great communication and nothing was a problem despite all of the niggles that you're going to get when fitting a millimeter-perfect new quartz top onto an old existing kitchen, which does not have any straight surfaces or walls. Professional, personable, courteous, diligent, focused; wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had new kitchen worktops fitted yesterday. Dan and Lee did an excellent job and we are delighted with the results, it has made an amazing difference and has totally transformed our kitchen.
