Was given one of their set of 16 stoneware for a wedding present 5 years ago. One of the bowls recently decided to break down the middle. It has lasted through two moves and I love this set so much. I reached out with little hope and asked if I could purchase a replacement bowl for this specific set. Luckily, they had some in stock and said they could do it. Bought, shipped, and received in less than a week. I am happy I could keep this set together for a bit longer. Would buy my next set from them.

Arrived ahead of schedule without any issues.

Faulty wedding registry. I ordered a 24 piece dinner set from Stone + Lain of a wedding registry called Zola. Somehow the site allowed another guest to purchase the same. The couple doesn’t have room for a 48 piece set of dished. Stone + Lain only takes returns if there is a warranty issue. So now I’m stuck with 48 dishes that I don’t want and about $250 in the hole. I’m about to start a social media campaign warning people about purchasing from Stone + Laine on Zola. Something is very wrong with their operations.

Everything was as advertised. The artisan appearance is quite attractive.

The dinnerware set is beautiful but it is extremely prone to scratching. Rather disappointed.

I had purchased dishes from a third party and received numerous broken dishes. When I bought direct, the dishes were packed with incredible care and arrived fast and in one piece.

Fav set so far!!! I was about to purchase only 4plates but I saw the sales and I ended up purchasing the whole set of dinnerware and I have no regret. It’s steady microwave safe and look chic. It enhances my dinning table look modern I love it.

It was easy to place the order and the dishes arrived quickly without any issues. I also appreciated I didn't pay extra for shipping.

The product arrived perfectly. No cracks or breaks. The plates and bowls are absolutely beautiful and the quality seems great so far.

I accidentally ordered the 8oz Espresso mugs. I had intended to order double walled 12oz. The 8oz don't hold the heat. I'll probably give them away.

I am very pleased with the entire transaction. I wanted 4 more small plates for a set I bought in 2024. They agreed to sell me the four even though they usually only sell it in a set.
I received the package today and was amazed at the extreme packaging. It absolutely guaranteed that none of the plates could be broken in shipping. I will definitely recommend Stone+Lain for the top quality products and the excellent customer service.

We chipped a couple dinner plates taking them out of the dishwasher. I emailed product support and they graciously allowed me to order 2 dinner plates, despite their policy of selling an entire set. I hope they continue to allow purchases of individual items, since people aren’t perfect and sometimes break things.

This was probably the worst financial/shopping decision that I have made to date to purchase this dinnerware set. The quality is so bad. You can’t use a fork or knife on these plates. Or even spoons in the soup bowls. Your silverware leaves a residue on each plate that doesn’t wash off. The plates look so bad. I would have been better off shopping at ikea for my dishes.
