Terrible products and service . Shipped from China and you have to return to china! Sent items back in January 2025 still waiting for a refund March 2025, despite the items arriving in China on 20th Jan 2025. Emailed customer services but very polite but unhelpful . Don’t buy from this company !! I do beleve I have been scammed and lost over £100.
Not as advertised. This jumper was not knitted from different coloured yarns. The colour was pray painted on. It’s white on the inside. If it as knitted from yarn you would see the colour on the inside too. The neckline and sleeve shape are totally different too. Not worth the £39.99 I paid for it. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this online retailer.
Bought a jumper that I'd seen on Instagram. It took a while to arrive and when it did it was a totally different shape to the one in the picture which was loose fit. This one is like stretchy tubing and is tight. I definitely ordered the right size. They say you can return but have emailed the details twice as requested an had no answer. You cannot google this company which is weird. I feel that I've been had. I should have known better than to buy of Instagram.
