We've used Steve for two of our surveys so far. We're about to use Stone Survey Ltd for a third time, because we can absolutely trust the professionalism and level of quality provided. The first survey saved us from purchasing a property which would have cost us thousands to fix.

The reports we've received are thorough and easy to understand, and on top of that, Steve is very organised and makes the arrangements with agents quickly, which I like.

I absolutely recommend this company. He's responsive and communicative at all times, and provides a great service.

Stone Survey delivered in outstanding fashion! he is very reliable and quick. He also took time to explain any questions we had we regards to the reports he prepared for us. With his help I shaved 3,5% off the originally agreed purchase price. I definitely recommend his services and would urge a home-buyer to include a valuation with the home-buyers report as it was crucial to our renegotiation.

Steve was very prompt at replying emails/phone calls and he acted quickly! He has given me a thorough report in a few days time. The report itself reveals so many problems with the property and now we have our grounds for bargaining a better price! :) Price wise I could not comment as he was the cheaper among the only two surveyors I asked. Would consider to use his service again in the future.
