Not only the right blade was received the following day of my ordering but, better than that, I had a most friendly and constructive email exchange, before that, with George who advised me - as I was ordering a blade for my husband's birthday present (and I plaid ignorance as to blades and the stone sculpting world).

Delivery cost was very high for what was being delivered but very quick service

Ordered it about 5pm on 21/2/2023 and it came luch time on the 23, you really can't argue with that.

Slight issue with payment but was soon called by customer service and issue was resolved swiftly - exactly what I would expect. Issues can always arise but the customer service I received was second to none

I only received half of my order but was charged the full amount. Attempted to reach out on multiple occasions but never heard back from customer service even when making an appointment for them to ring me online. Will not be using the service again

I always go to Stonetools and have done for at least the past 15 years. They supply quality tools, deliver very quickly, are easy to deal with, good communications, friendly service. If you're in business this company gives you confidence in your equipment needs. Lastly, they are honest with you if something isn't readily available and more than ready to advise.
