At a Stonewall-sponsored local community event, we were told a promotional offer would be available when we visited in person. No end date was mentioned. When we later visited, we were informed the offer had already ended, which was disappointing.

Despite Stonewall actively promoting at community events, our in-person experience was poor. The staff were unwelcoming and dismissive, stating that lockers fill quickly and that there were no plans for future promotions.

While I respect Stonewall’s business success, honoring commitments and maintaining polite, professional communication with potential customers is essential.
