After complaining about an incorrectly fitted and quit costly Silestone quartz worktop, at a meeting with Stoneworld and Silestone's uk manager, they agreed to replace the entire worktop at their cost and to the manufacturers instructions. When I chased them for progress on this, they backed away from their promise.
To justify one star, I'd say that the work carried out was unacceptable, the initial response via emails was avoiding issues and lying about aspects of the job and finally, I consider the breaking of an agreement to rectify the issue to be particularly rude. I'm awaiting further contact from the Manufacturer before reviewing Cosentino as a supplier.
