Turnaround was nice and quick!

It took 3 weeks and several reminders to receive payment. Communication is nonexistent unless it is through Facebook.

I sent in my old Apple Watch. They received it and sent me an email stating that it had been tested, confirmed my quote was good, and that the funds were in a status that was basically pending release. A quick look at the website said that usually cleared within 24 hours and then the funds would be issued via PayPal. A week later, my item still showed the same status. I sent a message to customer service via their website and the funds were released within 24 hours.

I wish there were a 4.5 star option since I did have an issue but they did resolve it quickly and satisfactorily so I'm fine with giving them 5. Would use again!

Stopoint paid me for my phone. But they did not cut the check until I emailed them OVER A MONTH after I mailed my phone it.

Worth turning a phone in that's in good shape. Had a problem with first check that was bounced and sent back. When calling stoppoint, I received a refund for bank charge and was replaced with a new check that has been fine since deposited.

Stopoint made it easy for me to ship them my old iPhone with the prepaid shipping label. I received updates the entire way and was paid quickly and in the amount promised. Would definitely use them again.

It's been over 2 months and I still did not receive my check. They did reach out to send me my check in 3 days but when I opened it. It was someone else's check. Now I have someone else's check and it's been a 2 weeks and still no reply. I wordered if they issued Ron a new check. Terrible company! I asked for my Apple watch back or my money and still received nothing.

Simple quick and easy

I found Stopoint after searching websites for the different options for selling my ipads. The directions were easy to follow; appreciated the mailing label being provided; and the communication during the process was good. I did send a quick email during the process which was not answered but I am still very satisfied with the experience.

They made it so quick and easy. Loved it . I'm about to sell them all my old devices that are accumulating dust in a drawer . Highly recommended them 👍🏾

We sold our phones to Stopoint several weeks ago. It was user friendly and they followed through on the payment after great communication emails informing us of each step of the process. I would use them again.

They gave the most money for my watch, and shipping was easy. However, it took like 48 hours after they received it to get paid.

I had an awesome experience with stoppoint! They made it very easy to print my label and send my package! And I got my check like a week later! I would definitely use them again.

The title says it all, really. I looked around online and they have the best prices which is all I really cared about in this situation. Their shipping and payment was all prompt and professional. First-rate. No problems.
