I had been looking to upgrade an existing webshop for sometime, wanting to move from an open source to a supported system. Stor jumped out for me being UK based, new to the market & with a focus on customer service. After speaking with Lisa on the phone and agreeing a great price for the work I committed. Lisa is so dedicated to the process and that is very reassuring. The whole process was fantastic, very responsive to communications and everything done quickly and efficiently and all clearly explained. Speak to Stor and give them a chance. I am over the moon with the finished product which has far exceeded my expectations.

Since moving over from my previous CMS, shop sales have increased each month. They are now consistently driving sales levels well over 50% over what I was achieving in my better months on the old system,

Stor is CBD friendly, they offer goods transaction fees due to the relationship with trust payments, and the team are incredibly responsive.

Unlike Shopify and others, you don't need separate add-ons for each new bit of functionality, making the price pretty competitive

The biggest thing for me is that it's clear who you need to talk to if something isn't working. The absolute opposite of WordPress, where it is never clear which company, person or plugin is accountable.

The platform is still maturing, so it does not yet have all the features of Shopify, but the speed at which they are deploying new features gives a lot of confidence.

Lisa and her team at Stor have been unbelievably helpful and supportive getting my new website up and running.

Stor is fairly intuitive and easy to use, but if you do run into any trouble Lisa will always be on hand to help out and offer a solution.

She offers fantastic customer service and if Lisa can't help you directly, she will make sure she promptly finds someone who can.
