Excellent storage facility and outstanding customer service – Avondale Storage King
I recently used the Storage King in Avondale, Auckland. I was extremely impressed with both the facility and the level of customer service I received, especially from Darryll, who was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. From my very first enquiry, he took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. No question was ever too much to ask, and he was always patient, professional, and willing to help.
Darryll's positive attitude and excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me confidence that my belongings were in good hands.

In all honesty the latest interaction with storage king I wouldn't recommend. Buisness are getting more greedy and treating customers like they are irrelevant and putting prices up when it's already a struggling economy and don't get back to the customers. Bad communication and I would look else where for storage before looking at storage king in all honesty.
UPDATE: SINCE PUTTING IN THIS FEED BACK MY STORGE HAS GONE UP 50$ AND WHEN I WENT IN HEAVLY PREGNANT WAS TOLD I LOOKED FAT PRETTY MUCH. DISGUSTING DONT GO WITH THIS PLACE.
