Poor service
I notified your company some weeks ago that the locking mechanism on my unit B54 was falling off. I received a reply that an order would be created to fix the issue. 3 weeks later i went to the unit today to find nothing had been done to rectify and stop the whole mechanism falling off. Could someone please replace the broken rivets to make the unit secure. Dissapointed. Bob

Would not recommend until pest is under control
I had a pretty horrible experience with storage king burleigh. My belongings were in one of the sheds for 12-14 days until I found my new place.
We arrived at the shed to move everything and the shed with my belongings was all covered with mice poo, not only that but there was 3-4 living mice in the shed. I checked the surroundings and it was not just my shed but mice poo was also in the public toilet that is on site.
It is known to management that they have a pest issue ongoing prior to me storing my belongings here but has not been sorted out. It has made my move 10 x harder and more expensive. I had to buy all new bedding, disinfect everything, throw out so much of my things, dry clean my couch, spend more on my removalist as it took them longer to pack everything in the truck due to the living mice - one even got into their truck and came to the new location🤮
I will be taking this matter further to Storage King HQ as I have yet received any follow up from the regional manager after I discussed this matter with the onsite manager. Which to be fair the site manager was lovely and wanted to help but it’s obviously a higher up issue going on here.
Such a shame this has happened and it obviously happening to others there.

A very well organised storage company
A very well organised storage company. I have a clean, easy to open storage unit where my removalists could easily drive up & unload and are able to load up easily for when I find my next home. Storage King sell plastic covers for a low price for your furniture if needed. The key lock I also purchased from them is inexpensive and easy to use. Security is good at the site. Very helpful staff, with a variety of locations on the Gold Coast to store your belongings. I chose Burleigh Heads storage facility. It is a single lane drive up where my unit is so there's no overtaking there. Staff at Robina & elsewhere also helped me with my booking and afterwards. Grateful the first month free insurance is included if wanted. Good reminders when next payment is due & reasonable rates. Thank you Storage King.

Overall , my experience with storage king has been very good , staff very helpful , and making it easy for myself to organise storage there and to start using .
