I still don't have my order. When I track it Fedex says it is on the truck for delivery. It said that Friday and Monday and it is Tuesday and I still don't have it.

It is Genuine HPE (Original) with HPE Security Sticker and Brand New, as we said. And also it is the correct Drive. The issue you are telling is completely wrong. Because 813866-001 can not be written on Drive's Sticker. And 813866-001 is a Spare Part Number. Drive's Sticker contains Model Number, Assembly Number and GPN only.

You had original disks for a Dell R540 where Dell support itself could not provide them, and you shipped fast. High shipping cost to Europe is the only disadvantage.

Why you are lying? The Payment was VOIDed automatically when we cancelled your Order. When you placed the order the payment was just Authorized, not Charged. When we cancelled your Order then the Payment was VOIDed automatically. You should contact your Bank for the Refund.

Great Source for Replacement Hard Drives
I've ordered a few replacement hard drives from your company recently and they have all been quick to arrive and have worked great. I accidentally ordered the wrong part, but was able to swap out the drive caddy and get it working. I spoke with Mike through the chat and he answered all of my questions and was able to give me a link to the correct part so that I don't make the same mistake in the future.
