We needed short term storage during building works at our home and Nyree and Yvonne have been very helpful in our dealings with them.
Nyree was great in talking us through our options and helping us through the process. The facility itself is safe, secure and very accessible.

5 Stars for Motherwell Storage Vault
This is the first time I’ve used a Storage facility, I’m very impressed with the set up and security at the Motherwell branch. Stefini is a very confident and knowledgeable lady. She explained the set up and rules to be followed, showed me the Unit size before completing booking etc. The whole building is spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend Storage Vault, Motherwell.

Would highly recommend our first experience of self storage. Stefini at the site was incredibly helpful and took her time to explain how it all works and also show us a number of room options. Very slick sign up and accessed space next morning no problems.

Avoid!!!! Absolutely shocking - Rat and mice infestation during the 10 days my items were stored. All sofas ruined. Company have rejected responsibility and directed to insurance. Hidden T&C in insurance is also a joke so avoid this as well as they don't pay out the value insured for.

Not worth a one star total scamer lyed and if anything selfish theafs don't get from them avoid it was ok to start with till I missed one payment due to I'll heth they nutters put a padlock in my unite and told me out Nothing but lyes sain I never payed considering I pay over the top nothing but stress and definitely wodent recommend avoid there lyes and rubbish I say only one person can't rember her name was understanding the rest are layers
