I ordered some face masks in November 2020. After about 1 month I wasn't receiving any information and the status of tracking of the system they provided wasn't changing.
I then looked in Store Belgie and found that they have NOTHING to do with Belgium at all and are actually based in China.
I sent them emails asking about my order and they just kept saying that the order is on it's way and pointed me to their Terms & Conditions.
They said if I had not received anything after about 25 business days I was entitled to my money back or they will resend the order.
Over 2 months later and they are now not replying to my emails at all.
They are an extremely suspicious and deceptive set up who will take your money but don't care about providing any kind of service.
Don't use them unless you want to risk them stealing your money and getting nothing in return.

Simply awful customer services. Avoid!
This company will take your money and not help at all in ensuring your goods are delivered. They shipped form abroad without seeing an invoice with the package and then asked me to contact customs to sort it out. I never use them again and recommended against anyone else doing so.

These are just plain THIEVES
These are just plain THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THERE!!! Someone like this is not supposed to have a website in the EU!! People ordered different items since the beginning of April, so they took the money, supposedly crashed the site so that they can avoid legal consequences, and now they are still selling fog to new people!! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! They are even deleting Facebook posts with negative comments in order to hide their theft. Pathetic!!!
