Wrong Item Completely And Awful Customer Service

I am not one to write a review but this sales experience was horrific. After having an item on pre order for 2 weeks, it was finally dispatched but upon a rival the wrong shirt and also wrong size was sent which was annoying given all the shirts on the website were sold out now. I contacted the customer service team which at first seemed helpful and assured me they would refund my returns postage and that they still had the shirt i originally ordered in stock there and they would send it to me once the return arrived.
after a week of emailing twice a day I got an email of a refund note but completely getting my emails ghosted as no one would confess up to the fact they lied to me just to get the item back and not help me in any other ways.
Be very careful with this company as not 100% sure they are legit.
