Very fast and efficient service

I have been purchasing items from the AC Milan Store quite a long time. Quality and the speed of delivery have always been very good. I would hope that there will be even more top quality selections available in the future. Meaning shirts etc and better quality gifts like watches. But all in all I have been very satisfied.

The sweater i ordered at the AC Milan store was perfect. Also delivery was perfect and very quickly.

Last December I purchased from AC Milan online store T-shirt for myself and polo for my husband. We were getting ready to attend the match between AC Milan and Real Madrid in Dubai on December 30. I was worried to not get my order in a time, because it was already time for X-mas holidays in Europe, plus I needed it to be delivered to Dubai. But everything was organized excellent! I was getting emails through all the way of my package: since it was shipped from the factory till it was delivered to my door step. And also had my name printed on the sleeve,so I had another worry about spelling, but it was correct!
The only thing was upsetting me a bit is the price of delivery, but I guess it's not up to the store, but in the hands of the shipping company. Otherwise big thanks to the AC Milan store team for the great job, they have done on my order!!!

Sometimes I could not find the sizes of merchandising (shirts,..) for children in the store.

I like the range available it is better than Milan Store Asia however it is more expensive.

I wanted a tracksuit and shirt for my grandsons birthday because he was going to Milan to watch them play, he was going with his junior football team the service I received was excellent the merchandise was very good quality , I was very surprised how quick they were delivered to England .
I would definitely use the site again

Not purchasing any more as Berlusconi has wasted all the money I spent on merchandise, season ticket and 6 times coming to italy to watch milan play.

I purchased a 2014/15 jersey from the official AC Milan store in order to get the authentic lettering and number. The shipping was very quick, and the product was exactly as I ordered. Beautiful shirt. I also like the fact that you can personalize your scarf!

I am from the USA and I order different stuff from Europe, but the Milan store is so amazing! They ship out everything quick and I get it at my doorstep in California in the span of three days. Other European online stores take weeks, but not these guys.
