Ordered a 'Pink' Kong dogs toy (as I have a female) they sent out a Blue one ( I dont have a male dog). Expecting them to say sorry for the mistake and we will send the right coloured one ( good customer service)
Instead i get a snotty bad attitude message , basically saying tough, like it or lump it with a attitude
They run a vets ( according to the webpage ) they thrive on being total professionals , this type of attitude is not professional. If they can get an order wrong , I dread to think of what the do to people's animals , I certainly wouldn't trust then !!!

i have tried the feldy hanging chicken pecker, the products rubbish, my friends chickens wouldnt touch it,i have written to this company after further feeders arrived, despite not ordering them as was told on a subsription this was against my knowledge, i have written to this company,telling them i want no further products from them, and cancelled with my bank, yet again found another one on the doorstep so am fuming,this feeder is only fit for the bin, unless they collect it, as im not paying for it,

I ordered a 6pk flea treatment off of amazon and paid for the 6pk but only received 1pk, and it is impossible to contact the company, I have tried every wich way to contact them, so I am left with no choice but to do.this

I order no nasties Paul oGrady dog food every six weeks, never had any problems. Ordered direct from website & delivered by Amazon (who are sometimes a day late but I always order ahead of time). Great price on subscription and simple to alter, cancel or otherwise edit my order. I can't get this great item anywhere close to me so this website is an absolute boon. Honestly, I am glad I didn't read these reviews because I am making a great saving.

I can honestly say I have never had a problem with this company. I use them very frequently to buy oralade for my cat. Always been fairly quick delivery they normally use Amazon delivery. I do buy products through onbuy but black cat medicines provides them.

Ordered a seresto flea collar for my dog...does not work at all it can only be fake. The last one he had on we got from Pets at Home and it worked great. Have been in touch with Amazon only to be told it's not eligible for returns. Will not buy on line again for flea collars. Off to Pets at Home for another one now.

I bought this product because it said it would last 4weeks and it never lasted a day it was a complete waste of money they are the most expensive brand of worm tablets ever

I have bought twice from this company in the past month and i have been really happy with them.
The items which i ordered from them i was happy with and my dog liked the muzzle because it was nice and comfortable for her.
The company was very helpful when i wanted to know the muzzle size for my dog and it was great communication from them and i would have no problem ordering more items from them in the future.

Wish i saw this reviews before. Ordered online on 24/1 Nothing till 28/1 when I had an email order acknowledged asking for trustpilot review. How this guys can still be in business?still no item or tracking number. Guess it’s comming from China….

I never ordered it so I dont know what the results are. I just brought it from the sex shop and yes it does work u does last for a few hours. Make sure your fit though cause u go for that long u run out of breth lol but girls still love u cause u didn't blow in 2min so it's a win win... but on the down fall of it, you get bad indigestion sometimes so it can sometimes stuff with your heart.

Sent me a damaged item. Amazon says seller does not refund. Shocking!! Do not use or order from them!

Never received item although tracking says delivered.
Ordered thru Amazon and unable to contact seller or get any satisfactory response to non delevery

Ordered through Amazon- cancelled one part of my order with informing me, the other part of the order still hasn’t arrived it was due on the 13th, tracking number doesn’t work.

I posted a negative review last week because this company would not accept my returning a cat flea collar which was unsuitable. I have since been contacted my their Customer Services team and they have agreed to pay for the postage to have the item returned and issue a full credit. It transpires that there was a misunderstanding between them and Amazon. Problem resolved and faith has been restored.

My first experience with this supplier. Ordered Friday evening, despatched Saturday, received Monday. Delivery FOC. What more could one ask?

I have to be totally honest when I say I can’t fault this company. Black cat medicine has been so good, fast delivery, competitive prices etc. I’ve used them a few times now with no issues.

Received wrong lead, not the one I ordered. Can't find any details re return and refund.

I ordered 3 packs Virbac dog chews for Medium size dog via Amazon... 3 packs of extra small arrived. I tried to contact Black Cat via Amazon but they do not accept communications nor can the incorrect items be returned for refund/replacement... Rip off!

I had a vet prescription for 6 months, so up a subscription. No issues for 3 months. Then I received 4 emails telling me the product was out of stock, I checked the website and it was out of stock. I messaged to ask when it would be in stock and was told my "subscription" had expired and my prescription was a "one time use" in their mind meaning one month, despite it stating 6 months and i had already received 3 months. The customer service was awful, they just kept repeating it was a one time use and couldn't explain why I had already received 3 months worth. I told them my vet confirmed it was for 6 months supply and they just stopped replying with no explanation as to why they had set up the subscription for 6 months in the first place if it was only for 1 month! Awful company!

I purchased a pack of 5 boxes of Wagg Yumms for my dog they came today. The packaging they were in was in a bad condition. This was not anything to do with the courier, it was obviously when they were packed before sending. The 5 boxes inside the packing box were in appalling condition, one box was so badly damaged the treats were inside the plastic they were wrapped in. I will not risk giving them to my dog in case they are contaminated. The other 4 boxes were all damaged but at least in one piece. I’ve never used this company before, and certainly will not use them again.
